Ordered a deluxe arrangement via phone and regret not going in personally and seeing it being a "Wow" factor bouquet. First off, they got the card wrong albeit it was read back to me correctly. It was from both my sister and I and the card read sister, not sisters as read back. So my sister who received the flowers didn't know it was both of us and wasn't sure who to thank ! Then the arrangement was, well just not fantastic. Just a typical ho-hum piece. Very disappointed because it was so common. Word of advice, go in person to get the "Wow" factor, otherwise you'll be sorry as we were ! I experienced horrible customer service. Ask to have flowers delivered on Wednesday for mother in law's birthday. She returned the order because she doesn't carry any of the flowers, and so I change the order so that she can put whatever she wanted in the bouquet. The next day after her birthday, she still had not received flowers. I called the florist and she said she refused the order. My money was returned, and I went to another florist which delivered the flowers the same day I ordered. read more

Simply Amazing. From the initial consult George really listened to what my daughter and son-in-law wanted in their flower displays. He looked up flowers online to show them samples. He had them come in for a sample of the bridal boquet before the wedding to make sure it was what they liked. Everything surpassed our expectations. On the week of the wedding we realized we hadn't added a toss boquet to the order and he helped us add that in rather last minute. Customer service was top notch, delivery was on time, and the flowers were amazingly beautiful and lasted for days after the wedding. I ordered a large,beautiful 55.00 bouquet from Teleflora for my mom who just had major surgery. The picture was full of pink and white roses, carnations, greenery, etc. in a large vase. I ordered them well in advance and asked for them to be delivered Saturday when I was there taking care of her. I got an email on Saturday from Teleflora that they could not be delivered on Saturday and to pick another day. I chose for them to be delivered today. What was delivered today was a small 3-4 inch vase with some greenery and a sprig of droopy roses. The vase was so small it could be held in the palm of your hand. It was not even comparable in size or value to what I had ordered. I was so embarrassed, and my mom knew immediately that I would never order her something like that. I requested a full refund and the flower shop will need to go back out to my mother's tomorrow to pick up the flowers. So very disappointed. read more

I have been planning my wedding and decided to order most of my flowers through Costco because of the great price and friends have done it and loved it. I decided that I wanted my bouquet to be done somewhere else because of the detail I wanted in it. We heard great things about Flowers By George and went in. After, I explained that I only wanted my bouquet done she ignored me and asked about the rest of the weddings flowers. I told her my plans and she ignored me again. Then, gave me all new suggestions about flowers and that they could do them better. And have heard horrible story's other flower places. She talked for about an hour and by the end she changed my flower colors of the wedding and my personal vision. I left feeling like my ideas sucked and I needed to change after talking to her. Oh, and when I left she asked what I was doing with my hair and makeup and I told her I have a salon coming for everyone's hair and I am going to Gene Juarez for my makeup which I am really excited about! She proceeded to say " well I have a salon down the street and we could do it all great" and handed me her card. Lets just say I felt like shit about my upcoming wedding that I have been planning for a year and has 200 + people coming and everything is catered and organized to an extreme. Never once was it " oh how fun, or congratulations" The next day her husband called me and asked when I wanted to get together. I got my dates mixed up while looking at the calendar. He got angry with me because I said I could do one of the dates when he was not in. After I apologized he laughed at me. He also could not remember my name at any point of time I told him it 3 times over the phone. I think for regular flowers and bouquets they would be great!
