I confimed my address, my appointment window from 12-5 that day, and that they would be showing up, as scdeuled by 5p. The man I spoke to affirmed. No one showed up. No call, no text, no email. I called back at 4.55p, no answer, not even able to leave a message, This was on Friday and these folks close 5p on Friday for the weekend, so I called the following week. Kevin apologised for the no show. I reschuled for the following week for 11a-1p. NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN! No call, no text, no email. HOWEVER, HPD was scheduled to show up and conduct an inspection, so my landlord can thank Crane Cooling for any violations, fines, etc.

They didnt call or anything but gave my management company a bogus story about an emergency. This same company service my stove and fridge at least three to four times every year for the same reasons. They have very poor communication and bad service. My management company continuously do business with them even though their services are no good. I been without a fully working stove and fridge for about two weeks now. They ignored my phone calls after calling them about a scheduled appointment they missed and never called me back. They refuse to give me another stove even though they know, i constantly have the same issues. This stove is clearly out of date and so is the company.

When we finally got a hold of him we asked for our money back and he claimed he already bought the parts but would sell them and pay us back at a later date.
