I have paid you $1296 since your first visit on 1/12 for "repair" of my fridge that's been dead since then, and you have clearly failed to provide those repair services. When I called I spoke to Paul by phone who actually offered some free advice on parts to replace (change the regulator). I changed the part but still had issues. Paul came out and diagnosed the problem (occult gas leak in natural gas hose). I replaced the hose and all was well. I've dealt with other repairmen before who often upcharge on the parts and labor. Paul was good about allowing me to fix myself what I could but providing help when I needed it. I would definitely use his services again.
