He called me every single day to get advance. After that he kept making excuses for a period of about 4 to 5 months to do only 12 feet of fence and I was out of $1700 for that. He fixed the fence not a great job and the fence is already falling apart after a week. It is literally held up by double-sided tape on inspection so I'm out of $1700 and I have a fence that has boards that are cheap and breaking apart and held by a double sided tape. not to mention that the materials he use are not even outdoor wood grade they are meant for inside job.

The other house was very straight forward. Robert came and assessed both houses, explained what his process entailed, and sent me a quote. Robert was the ONLY painter that could see even tho the cottage was less square footage, it needed the most in prep. The front and back porches needed the paint to be scraped on the railings, then sanded, and primed. His attention of detail thru all of the stages of prep work, actual painting of the body of the homes, and trim, was unbelievable.He was here very day, actually paining with his crew.
