I am truly delighted with the final results! My house had severe dry rot on half dozen siding boards around the dryer exhaust vent. When providing the initial estimate, he carefully examined the damaged area, listened to my requirements and completely and clearly understood the job that needed to be done. He removed the broken pieces, replaced with new siding, installed new dryer vent hoods and metal shields, and re-caulked the decayed and worn out corner that was also falling apart and needed to be repaired. The painting job was remarkable, matched the existing paint color very exactly, I can't see any difference in the shade or texture at all ! It's a really big improvement and the house looks like new ! Actually I consider this an good investment because it adds value to the property. Also, I should mention that Anthony is a nice guy to chat with about home maintenance in general, he has a lot of helpful information and is just pleasant to interact with. Anthony has the right tools, the right equipment, and most importantly the right combination of knowledge, talent, and experience to tackle this important home improvement project. I really appreciate his work ethic and skill. I found him to be honest, trustworthy, and responsive to my communication by phone and email.
