I recently purchased a brand new vehicle with beautiful dark blue finish and after a few runs through this car wash the past couple months I noticed I now have scrapes and scratches - not just swirls - literal scrapes and scratches up and down the sides of my car. Got stopped by owner Wayne today as I was vacuuming out my jeep to sell for my family. He asked if I am using the car wash and I wasnt today just the vacuum. He then very rudely proceeds to tell me "This is for paying customers only" not taking the time to ask of if I use to facilities on my other cars. Says that I need to "wrap it up and pick up my garbage too before I leave." I confronted him and told him he doesn't have good customer service that I bring my other car here. Tells me that my "he doesn't know what I'm sucking up in the vacuums cause my car is a piece of crap" Maybe post a list of cars you deem worthy enough of your services before you insult customers. And train your employees better to uphold your rules since you complained to me, a customer. Just putting my honest experience out on this business. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever received. parking lot is full of garbage and inside the people working are the same. was Yelled at for leaving trash, while vacuuming my truck. Not my trash, dickhead. Then another person comes out (I thought to apologize) and doubled down on the first moron. This while convenient was a waste of money for me, I ended up having to wipe all the dirt off the whole front grill and headlight area on my Mazda cx5 with their rags after I pulled over to the vacuum area because it was still completely dirty. Nice that there are damp clean rags and the vacuum provided but then after I got done vacuuming and went to close the back gate I realized the whole back upper windshield, tail light and license plate and bumper were still dirty too! Not a little dirty- like not washed at all. Perhaps the shape of my car does not fit with the machine but I won't be going back because it did a terrible job on washing my suv. read more

Very quick transactions! Easily in and out during hours. We got the $40 membership with unlimited washes and it has been great. Staff is always friendly, courteous and willing to help. The express wash uses your license plate to recognize your membership so it's fast and easy. Self vacuums and towels provided at the end to spot clean your truck the best you can. We live in Sultan so it is the closest membership program available and they do a great job! Definitely will continue using their services as long as I'm in the area. read more

Do not support this business! They do not care about your car and will NOT provide any support if your car is damaged. Go look at the reviews on Google: There are over a dozen reviews of damaged cars with no support from management. As for me, this car wash caused $1600 worth of damage to my new car, ripping off my back wiper and digging scratches into the bumper (the car is less than 2 months old). I filed a claim, but management completely ignored me for months. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with the Attorney General that they finally responded and told me the entire claim was rejected, flatly denying all responsibility. Please ask yourself if this is the kind of business we want to support in the community. And for dozen or so of others who got shafted by management like I did, please file a complaint with the Attorney General so more attention can be drawn to these slimy business practices. read more

I have been impressed with Chain Lake Express Car Wash since I first visited over a year ago. I pay for the service monthly and usually run my car through at least once a week, more often with heavy pollen. Their brushes do an adequate job of cleaning my car and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Vacuuming is self service and always has been available when I'm there. For a wash that is more for in depth than just a rinse off, but not as thorough as a detailed wash, I do recommend you give them a try! read more

Used this car wash many times. Gets the job done. Sometimes there are people out to help with getting people through the line other times no one is out there. I waited 10 minutes the last time I was there because some lady didn't know how to use her phone for payment and was on the struggle bus so bad I almost got out of my car and paid for her. Free vacs are a plus. I will continue to come here. Need that mother and daughter duo back out there. That lady was running that line like a boot camp and getting people through and super friendly. read more

Decided to give this car wash a try as I noticed it was new to the area. I am so glad I did, this is the holy grail of car washes when it comes to the area. I LOVE that they thought to put TWO vacuum options for the hoses and not just the wide mouth vacuum only. I love the smaller vacuum tip for down in between the seats etc. High five to whoever decided to do that, this instantly makes you the better option compared to all other competitors. Along with handing out free dashboard wipes at check in. I l also like that there are 2 men when you enter the car wash that wipe down the car and push in your truck mirrors for you so you don't have to worry about that. The car looked VERY GOOD and CLEAN and I was able to vacuum the car and kids car seats VERY well. In all I feel I got my moneys worth and I chose the cheapest option. I will be coming back again, you just gained a repeat customer! read more

Have been getting my cars washed here since they opened. Always did a really good job on car and stock wheels. I always bought the highest price wash(19.00) and tipped the workers. But today I went in, they were not busy and usually they have two employees working, today just one. I tipped him 5.00. He sprayed the whole car down and scrubbed the back of the car only. In the past they also scrubbed the front. So when I went and parked by the vacuums I saw the front bumper and grill were still dirty. So I preceded to clean the front of the car. About this time the owner came to greet me and asked things were and I told him about the front not being scrubbed and I was surprised when he said they were told not to (if your the owner don't you make the final decision?) he offered to send my car back through again and I declined. As I finished drying my car, the owner came by again and hoped I have a nice day. ( I believe him to be sincere! I stopped him and told him that when I pay 19.00 for a car wash I expect my car to be clean. I wished him health and wealth but told him I would not be back. He replied "sorry to hear that". I finished vacuuming my car and left. I wish I had gone and gotten my 5.00 tip back. This WAS the best car wash in Monroe....now it's just the most expensive! read more

This is one of the better car washes I've used before. It's very clear the owners take a lot of pride in their business, which is likely why the location has quickly done so well. I use the monthly subscription service and believe it provides a great value (pays for itself in about 2 visits). They also have about 8 vacuums that are free for use. Every time I've gone the owner is on the premises answering question for folks if they're having trouble with the kiosks or vacuums. There also always seems to be two employees at the entrance of the wash with brushes making sure to get the tough to reach places on your vehicle. Definitely the best car wash in Monroe. read more

Wash itself is ok. If you ever see a sheriffs vehicle in front of you avoid at all costs. Was in the line behind and some 8 or so cars in the other lane got to go ahead while the staff tacked with the cops. Took us a full hour to get through the wash. read more

Was great when they first opened. I really liked how they had wipes at the kiosk so you could wipe down the interior of your car while you waiting for your wash. Now, they moved the wipes so you only get them at the end if you get out and vacuum. Also, they always have an attendant now to complete your transaction and try to talk you into membership every single time. My car is sparkling clean though after! read more

So slow and took over 30 mins plus to get through the wash. The line wasn't even that long. Better luck at brown bear car washes.

Great car wash! The people were helpful and nice and my car is sparkling! The kids I nanny also LOVE all the fun colors. Totally recommend!
