My very first brand new furniture I bought when I started adulting was a Sleigh Bed Bedroom Set from Weir's from their Knox location in Dallas. They have been my go-to for my adult life. I am not going to say I have bought every piece of furniture that I own from them, but I will say I have regretted it every time I have not. It's hard to beat old fashioned customer service and a place that puts value in doing business with them. That is why I was saddened to hear they were closing their stores. While I am saddened by it, they have some great sales going on right now. It's a great time to upgrade if you need to!

She was busy doing something else, but she didn't hesitate a moment to drop what she was doing and spend time with me to help with this project. The store itself is fabulous. It has just about everything you could want for your home and the prices are terrific! How the items in the store are displayed makes shopping so easy! Their assortment were somewhat broad which was great and more upscale without the high price. Also, the overall layout was nice with less clutter than other stores. When I went through checkout I mentioned I liked their store and the cashier was very friendly and said they are often compared to Home Goods so I don't know. But I will be back when I have more time to explore the isles.

They are much bigger than I expected so they don't fit the room as well as I had hoped but they look like I expected. It's working out fine, but the two inside recliners can't be fully reclined at the same time because they had to be set up closer together in the room than I expected due to their size. The preorder measurements given are smaller than actual. That is why they don't fit the room as comfortably as I'd like. (Also why 4 stars instead of 5) I think the value of these sofas may not be obvious until I see how long they last. They had better last a very long time. They're certainly heavy! They are also a bit firmer than I expected so I'm hoping it's just a "break in" period. However, I am enjoying coming to my spot to kickback, recline and relax each day. Also, I love that the backs of these sofas are not split like most reclining sofas. The backs of the are visible from other rooms so it was important to me that you couldn't tell they were recliners. They recline inside of the sofa shell they are built in to. It just looks like a pretty, white, leather sofa and loveseat.

Guardian's repair process dragged on for months -- they lost a parts order, ordered replacement parts a second time which also never arrived, and eventually determined in June 2026 that the sofa was unrepairable. At that point I was offered a store credit or a cash settlement, but Stacy Furniture doesn't carry the brand (Flexsteel) I wanted to replace it with, so the credit wasn't usable for me. My salesperson contact stopped responding to my emails, and when I escalated to the VP of Operations by phone, I was simply given the same information Guardian had already told me, with no willingness to help push for a fair resolution. It's now been over six months since the sofa failed with no refund issued. If you're considering an extended warranty purchase here, be aware that Stacy Furniture has not been willing to advocate for customers when the third-party warranty company (Guardian/OnPoint) drags its feet.
