I believe the outlet of their was located right off of Interstate 35 E is gone....I believe they may have possibly merge with the Grapevine store...Bottom line....Make them put in writing the warranty... Oh also beware of all their bogus "SALE" items.....They say this is normally $600.00 but on sale for $175.00......
