There was one large 4-panel carved wood wall art piece on Vivaterra for $895.00 which is in Parmida for $649.00. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. They let us bring a couple of pieces home to see if they would work for us and then bring them back the next morning. They really went out of their way for us. This is a fun store just to walk around and get inspired on decorating ideas!

She offered no on the spot ideas, and was relatively quiet. She took photos, told me that she had a big project wrapping up in July and wouldn't be able to get to me until then. I said that was fine but I was really looking forward to her help. Y'all, I never heard from her again. So disappointed. I will likely still shop there myself, but it's unfortunate that this business didn't want my project, or apparently my budget.

On October 10, 2022, the chair stuck in the recline position and would not go down. What followed was a five-week experience with Decorum that was at the least frustrating, and at the most, condescending. Ultimately, the chair, which was under warranty from Fairfield, was repaired and returned to us on November 18. I won't go into all of the detail of the back and forth with Decorum but the main point is this: we were made to feel like the enemy. There was never an expression of regret for th failure of this product nor a call from management to say we're sorry this happened. We initiated almost all communication, having to persist to find out when the chair would be repaired and returned. In fact, it felt like Decorum was mad at us for having this problem. If you want to shop for upscale home furnishings, Decorum is your store. If you want to deal with people who are genuine and who make you feel they care about your business, go elsewhere. In fact, the store staff could take lessons from their delivery team; they were courteous, good-humored and a pleasure to meet. Our greatest hope is that the Fairfield recliner does not break down again, or we will be back to square one with Decorum.

My experience at Home consignment center was good. It's like thrifting around. You can't really…read moreinspect the furniture because it's crammed in tightly with other furniture. I got a leather love seat and leather chair with an ottoman. After I got it home, it had cheaply made legs with some not screwed in correctly. That's on me for not inspecting them more. ONE STAR FOR THE DELIVERY COMPANY THAT THEY USED. I scheduled a delivery, then they changed it twice to accommodate their schedule. When they did come, they came 30 minutes early and I couldn't make it home in time. My son had to pay them. The store is less than 10 minutes from my house. They charged $100/hour. When they delivered, the men insisted on $300. I called the owner for a receipt. She wouldn't call me back. They saw a chance to be dishonest and they took it. And, the legs had scrapes and damage that I'm sure wasn't there before.
