Since my master bedroom faces east, I get direct sun in the morning and needed blackout drapes. Also, I wanted some privacy during the day while still allowing natural light in. And lastly, I had used Ethan Allen for my window coverings in my master bedroom in California and wanted to try and match that fabric. I worked with one of the designers, Victoria, and she not only came up with a unique solution, but was able to come very close to the same fabric I had used back in California. I now have remotely controlled blackout drapes that I can open or close while still in bed, along with unique "roll up" Hunter Douglas shades that give me privacy from the homes down below me. That is not the case at all. I just received my "settlement" offer of $500 to keep my sofa as is after spending almost $4,000 on my sofa. There is only damage on one cushion and they will not replace it. It's a leather sofa and no one I have contacted is able to clean it (and certainly not repair it for $500). I feel duped and will never buy another piece of furniture from Joybird.

We had recently renovated a large outdoor porch and we were looking for new outdoor furniture with a lighter shade of blue cushions than the standard navy blue. It seemed like the vast majority of outdoor furniture was only available in the same standard neutral colors of navy and shades of beige. This was frustrating since we had something else in mind. We also needed the furniture to be comfortable, durable, and not so low to the ground that aging knees would complain when you needed to get up. Chair King came to the rescue. Although they had a lot of furniture in the neutral colors, we were also able to find a sofa, loveseat and chairs with pretty blue cushions made to fit our chosen furniture like we wanted. In addition to being durable, the furniture was comfortable and at a good height. The sales people were also excellent. There was no high pressure sales, just knowledgeable people that could answer your questions and lead you in the right direction. Douglas was our salesperson and he was great. He answered all our questions and explained the delivery service and fee. To have all the furniture delivered it was a flat fee of $199. This included, taking everything to the back porch, placing each piece of furniture where we directed, and unpacking all the cushions. This allowed us to check everything before they left to make sure it was in good condition. The delivery people were great. They gave us a heads up of when they would arrive, were courteous and professional. It was one of my best delivery experiences.

I placed an order for a sectional during sale (May 22) as we were told this discount was best yet to find out this 35% is available on every holiday. I was encouraged to order now, even though my home was not built yet in order to take full advantage. I was reassured (in person) that I still had a 60 day trial period and they'd honor that if we hated it. This was my reason for placing the order with that specific store. Unfortunately, our home took a little longer than we anticipated to complete. I sent a message July 16th asking to extend our delivery to later (so that I could actually take advantage of the 60 day in home trial). I was told it had to be release 7/23 and to anticipate 2-3 weeks for delivery. They could not hold. To make matter more complicated, I was not getting email notifications from FedEx and they dropped the sofa off without our knowledge (at property that was still under construction. On 9/23 I got a text reminder that 9/25 was the end of my "in home trial". I immediately responded how we were still not in our house and haven't set it up. I asked what happened if we didn't have all the parts etc. they told me if anything is wrong the warranty would cover it and encouraged me to open all the boxes (20+!?) to verify everything was there. I said "gosh I don't think that's physically possible". To where they said " ...just keep us in the loop... we should be able to figure something out...". January 18 just as soon as we got everything set up, I texted that the anything table is not the right color, and wasn't functional in the current set up. While they were friendly about it- the answer is that I am outside the 60 day trial window. They wouldn't even offer to exchange it for any entire additional section- which would benefit them (costs more). So, I am stuck with a non functional anything table that looks horrible. I cannot provide a positive rating because customer service is 75% the reason we chose Lovesac. We are very disappointed!

The financing company says that LoveSac has to cancel the order and even though I have a charge and an order # that was cancelled, the reps from LoveSac have no record of my order. Everyone keeps pointing fingers at the other company, meanwhile, I don't have a couch, I have financing that has a pending charge that won't go away. The rep at the store, was AMAZING. Other than that, the purchasing process (or lack there of), has been a complete nightmare of hours of emails and phone calls with reps from both companies with zero progress or actual solutions.

While I was at Copenhagen, I also picked some handmade Danish ornaments that were on sale for 70% off. I also contemplated purchasing this little lighted house...it was only 50% off.
