This or review is for their sausage products. I have bought elk sausage for my number of providers in Montana and was hoping that this market would match their quality and taste. The sausage is dry and has a significant aftertaste and taste like it has more fillers then help. It is not worth the price at the market, let alone if you ship it. I'd like a lot of others I'm looking for elk sausage that we used to be able to find. This is processed with more fillers than elk and is definitely not worth the price of the product, let alone the shipping it takes to get it if you are not there. Don't bother. read more

Over 15 years ago we fell in love with the elk sausage. I ordered it for my father in law and husband for Christmas many times over the years. Not sure what happened but both my husband and father in law didn't like the flavor at all. Something has changed. And the shipping cost to two packages to them were really high. So cool that a market can be around for so long - but it might be worth it to see what you changed and go back to the good stuff. The Italian. I could just stop there. It's awesome! However, they've got a lot of great sandwiches and as the past 30 years have rolled by, I've migrated from one sandwich to another. My favorites are Italian, cheese steak, turkey ranch club, and the crab salad. An 8 inch sub will fill you up, these are big and flavorful sandwiches. They serve soup and also have soup in a bread bowl. The staff and friendly. They have lots of locally made treats and Montana gifts. I love the scotcharoos.
