I contacted her a few weeks in advance. I was traveling to Oregon from Texas to celebrate our girls' birthdays. I mailed her the toppers for both the cake and 15 cupcakes. She was quick to respond and said she would be able to provide free delivery within the bend area which was perfect because the party was in bend. She was super nice in providing additional cupcake toppers as I ordered 24 cupcakes but didn't have enough toppers. She really went above and beyond any expectations I had. Her prices were competitive in comparison to other bakers in the area but ultimately she was the one with the most reasonable prices. The payment process was super easy too! The cakes were a huge hit at the party and everyone kept asking where I got such beautiful cakes from. The buttercream was soo good and the chocolate and vanilla cake were good too!! If I lived in Central Oregon I would definitely continue to use Elevation Desserts for my custom cakes.

I came in the day before my birthday for my annual cookie which they nicely gave to me a day early so I was able to enjoy it at the summit of south sister on my actual birthday. It tasted so amazing at 10K ft. This was the cookies and cream one but I also tried a mini lemon one and that was also so mouthwatering. I'm obsessed with these cookies and I wish I could live on them. Thank you for my early birthday cookie! I also love the convenience of the self order kiosk and the mini cookies they have now.
