This facility is for kids ages 10-months to 10-years old. Socks are required for both kids and adults. Compared to other indoor playgrounds for kids, this one is on the small side. There's a good variety of play areas and activities that my kids don't get bored with the small space, and I enjoy it because it's easier to monitor them versus the larger playgrounds. They have a room for toddlers with a small ball pit, slide, oversized blocks, and toys. Next to it, there is a small rock-climbing wall with a foam pit below, a merry-go-round, kitchen, market with fresh produce, an ice cream stand, a doctor's office, and a dress up and makeup set. For the larger kiddos, they have a huge jungle-gym with a 3-way slide, mini zip-line, larger ball pit with a wall projection that you can throw balls at animated characters and score points. One of my children's favorite areas is the sand pit. Only, the pit isn't filled with sand, but plastic Nerds-like particles. There's a large climbing dome made of netting and sand toys in this area. Monthly passes are available, so is a small party room, and there's a nursing and changing room for your infants. Wipes are available if you need them. Stamp cards are available and you can earn a stamp for each hour-long visit you purchase. After 10 hour-long visits, you can get a free hour for one child. You usually have to ask for the card and for the stamp, as its given upon request. At the time of your exit, they provide your kiddos with balloons. My kids have gotten to choose from animal, sword, and flower balloons. Overall a great place to bring your kids to move around indoors, and give yourself a breather.

Matt, Kamalu, and Pierce (visiting from the Tennessee Climb Works) were engaging, funny, approachable and knowledgeable. They even gave us local food recommendations that hit the spot after an early morning tour. Thank you! I'd recommend a morning zip line, we did the 7:20am, especially if you're coming from the other side of the island like we were. We avoided the morning traffic, had great views of the morning sun and then rest of the day to enjoy other activities. They have a small store with clothing, bags, jewelry and snacks/drinks and small lockers for your stuff. The one purchase recommendation - they sell cell phone holders that you attach to your phone and you can carry your phone around your neck. I recommend buying one- held my phone safely and I was able to record and take pictures without fear of dropping it, even tucked it in my shirt when I went upside down. No issues. For parents wondering whether to take your younger kids... if they meet the age range, do it. Just don't show them pictures beforehand LOL. My 11 year old felt safe enough to go upside down. My youngest looked at pictures and thought it would be too high so we cancelled her reservation. In hindsight, she would have loved every second of it and I regret not encouraging her more to try it. I'm sure even if she was scared meeting the guides would have helped her find her courage. They do a practice zip line before going to the higher ones and working your way zip lining down. They say as young as 5 can ride-- and with all their safety precautions, I can see why the age limit is so low. Do it!

I would not recommend this activity due to the number of injuries we sustained. The multitude of…read morecircular staircases was never mentioned. I climbed more on this zipline system than on any other I've ever been on. They mentioned rappelling but there was no rappelling instead it was a safety descent rope to get you down from 2 platforms. The rope bridges weren't for fun. They were there as purely functional to get you from platform to platform. They say your feet don't touch the ground for 2.5 hours. Instead it should state you will be walking or standing for over 2 hours. It was a very tiring zipline and the ocean view was very distant. Not at all like advertised. JT did not control stops. He led to injuries for everyone in our group. To JT everything was a joke. I have a huge bruise on my shin from the first landing. I asked what I did wrong and they said nothing. Well, I did something wrong or the guides did something wrong to have hit so hard and immediately form a huge bruise. On the next run I came in so hot (fast) that I hit the block at a high rate of speed and knocked it off the platform and bruised my toe and cracked my toe nail. The impact coming in to the brake was very painful. JT said "Oh, that happens all the time". Kicking a block at a high rate of speed and causing injury to someone's foot shouldn't happen all the time. My daughter bruised her hand coming in while holding the handlebars. And has a serious bruise on her toe from the landing. Probably another misplaced box or hot stop. The most scary thing is that my son cut his eye when he stood on the box after the landing. He cut it on the metal breaking devise. He was wearing sunglasses and that saved his eye. His eye was cut and bruised and he now has a black eye. He was directed to a first aid kit which as his mother I cleaned and help with compression until the bleeding stopped. The guides didn't even pause to render aid. No analysis of what happened to make sure it doesn't happen again occurred. The block placement and the way we were brought in, I almost hit my eye on the metal brake when I unwillingly went to TJ's line on the last run. Silva is very good at her job. I didn't have an issue when I was on her lines even when I got twisted and came in backwards. Katie is meticulous, friendly and excellent at making you feel comfortable. I tried to reach out to someone at the company but no one would return my call. I received a call a week later and he was very apologetic and said he will look into the situation and make sure everyone stays safe. I appreciate the call and the follow up.

We've…read morebeen here twice with our 6 kids and it's always been younger children playing which is a relief from the other location which allows older children and teens to participate on the second floor to which they do not always stay. The parking is good. It's fenced in which may seem suspicious but I'm sure it's an attempt to protect its customers and the business. This location had everything operating during our visit. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and the business is very clean. It's remarkably tidy in fact! Kudos to the staff. My kids enjoyed the slides the most. There is a lot for kids and toddlers to do here. There is one slide that I was concerned about where it's seemingly a straight drop but it's not but still my heart skips a beat when I think of a smaller child attempting to slide down it. So be warned. We visit during off hours where we nearly get the place to ourselves! And for anyone wondering, they do offer military discount! I would highly recommend this Keiki Kingdom Location above all.

The lack of customer service started before we even entered the play area. At check-in, I asked for specific sock sizes for my children and was met with complete indifference. It set the tone for the entire visit. Many of the attractions and play areas advertised were either closed, broken, incomplete, or poorly maintained. The zipline course was closed for the first hour of our visit. The train table had zero trains. The princess play area was nearly empty, with no costumes and very few toys. The play kitchen was missing most of its accessories, with only a couple drawers containing play food, and the SMEG play refrigerator was broken. The overall maintenance was disappointing. Several play areas felt neglected, and some equipment appeared to have been out of service for quite some time rather than temporarily unavailable. There were even broken claw machines and other unused equipment sitting around the facility, giving parts of the space the feeling of a toy graveyard rather than a premium children's play center. The facility simply did not reflect what is advertised online. What frustrated me most was the lack of staff engagement. My child became stuck inside the jungle gym, and when I asked a staff member for help, she looked at me and walked away. Whether it was a language barrier, lack of training, or simply not caring, there was no attempt to assist. There were also strange setup choices that made the experience worse. A speaker for the projector was mounted directly above the play kitchen area, blasting audio into children's ears while they were trying to play there. For nearly $100, I expect a clean, well-maintained facility with functioning attractions, stocked play areas, and staff who are willing to help families. Instead, we found broken equipment, closed attractions, empty play stations, and indifferent customer service. I don't mind paying premium prices for a great experience. I do mind paying premium prices for an experience that feels neglected and significantly different from what is advertised. The biggest disappointment wasn't that one or two things were broken. It was that broken attractions, empty play areas, disengaged staff, and obvious maintenance issues all existed at the same time.
