I went to Keiki Republic in Kahala with my daughter, SIL, and granddaughter to check things out. It's a large open space with tons of activities, toys, mazes, and things to keep the little one occupied and expending energy. You can pay by the hour for each session, or get a monthly pass that allows unlimited time each month. They do ask everyone to sign an electronic waiver, so bring your smartphone to make things easier. You also need to wear socks in the play area, to prevent damage to the padded surfaces. I would recommend getting some grippy socks, because some of the play surfaces are fairly slick when wearing regular socks, and it's like walking on ice. Everything is pretty safe for all ages of children, as parents and caregivers are all watching over their own flock. They do have a staff person that also monitors the area and cleans and wipes down surfaces periodically. The main thing to watch out for (as with most toddler play areas) is when older kids are playing in the same area as smaller ones. It's a pretty big space overall, so it really wasn't an issue while we were there, but it's still something to keep in mind. There is a lot to do and my granddaughter definitely had her favorites, such as the merry-go-round, the climbing area, and (for some reason) the zip line ride. She avoided the ball pit for some reason, but maybe she'll grow into it as she gets older. We spent a couple of hours there and it definitely wore her out, and all of us as well. It's a great place to spend for any family with little ones, and I know we'll be back.

Great pricing! Lots of different activities and flexible for young kids and toddlers! We had a blast with our 2 year old and it definitely was the highlight of our day; SLIDES, ball pits, cars, trampolines, and lots of pretend play set ups (kitchen, house, etc).

Fun for the kiddos in the mall! This place is great for toddlers, not so much for big kids. There's even a little space for your extra tiny tots in the left-hand corner up front. The space is relatively small compared to other playgrounds so wherever you're situated, you can most likely spot your little one quickly. Much like other children's indoor activities and playgrounds facilities, Keiki Republic has a ball pit, slides, play areas with pretend market and food toys, toy cars to ride in, trampolines, etc. The thing I found very unique about Keiki Republic is a workout area with kid-size workout stations. There's an ab cruncher, a mini speed bag, Socks are required and they have socks for sale if you forget to bring some. Customer service is good. They also come around to sanitize play areas regularly. When you leave, your kiddo(s) get a free balloon to take with them.

What a fun indoor play place for children! Keiki Republic hits all the marks for a place to let your high-energy kid run around and burn off some steam. Keiki Republic is one of the more affordable indoor playplaces located just outside of Ross at Windward Mall. 1-hour admission for a child is $16, and one parent is free. An additional parent is $5. We arrived on a Thursday around 11:30 a.m. and there was no wait - we could walk right in. My son made a b-line for all the fun toys and attractions they have: a motorized excavator truck, a huge ball pit with slide and video game screen, a bouncy house, several make-believe toy stations like a grocery store and kitchen, and more. He bounced around from attraction to attraction, taking to mostly the toys actually. They had a cool automated Thomas the Train toy he loved. He also finally got into the jungle gym and slides which were a cool way to burn off energy. Of course, when it was time to leave, he started crying, but the nice lady working the front gave him a balloon, and that eased his tears! This location also has a changing table, restrooms inside the play place, and water fountains as an extra bonus. Don't hesitate to check this place out!

    Mickey theme was a blast!

The whole family had fun at my sons first birthday party! Good vibes, entertainment for the keiki and karaoke for the teens! Mahalo nui!

We love Windward mall, so we were excited to find an indoor playground located right next to fun factory. It's a large venue with multiple play areas, ball pit, trampoline, mini bouncer, mini carousel to name a few. They even have a spacious baby/toddler area. I love that they offer a one hour option, $16 and I think 2 hours is $22, one parent is free. These prices are cheaper than Kids City. They also have a large private room for private parties. Recommend and we'll be back on our next Windward mall adventure. Kids and parents need to bring socks.

This facility is for kids ages 10-months to 10-years old. Socks are required for both kids and adults. Compared to other indoor playgrounds for kids, this one is on the small side. There's a good variety of play areas and activities that my kids don't get bored with the small space, and I enjoy it because it's easier to monitor them versus the larger playgrounds. They have a room for toddlers with a small ball pit, slide, oversized blocks, and toys. Next to it, there is a small rock-climbing wall with a foam pit below, a merry-go-round, kitchen, market with fresh produce, an ice cream stand, a doctor's office, and a dress up and makeup set. For the larger kiddos, they have a huge jungle-gym with a 3-way slide, mini zip-line, larger ball pit with a wall projection that you can throw balls at animated characters and score points. One of my children's favorite areas is the sand pit. Only, the pit isn't filled with sand, but plastic Nerds-like particles. There's a large climbing dome made of netting and sand toys in this area. Monthly passes are available, so is a small party room, and there's a nursing and changing room for your infants. Wipes are available if you need them. Stamp cards are available and you can earn a stamp for each hour-long visit you purchase. After 10 hour-long visits, you can get a free hour for one child. You usually have to ask for the card and for the stamp, as its given upon request. At the time of your exit, they provide your kiddos with balloons. My kids have gotten to choose from animal, sword, and flower balloons. Overall a great place to bring your kids to move around indoors, and give yourself a breather.

The parking is good. It's fenced in which may seem suspicious but I'm sure it's an attempt to protect its customers and the business. This location had everything operating during our visit. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and the business is very clean. It's remarkably tidy in fact! Kudos to the staff. My kids enjoyed the slides the most. There is a lot for kids and toddlers to do here. There is one slide that I was concerned about where it's seemingly a straight drop but it's not but still my heart skips a beat when I think of a smaller child attempting to slide down it. So be warned. We visit during off hours where we nearly get the place to ourselves! And for anyone wondering, they do offer military discount! I would highly recommend this Keiki Kingdom Location above all.

The lack of customer service started before we even entered the play area. At check-in, I asked for specific sock sizes for my children and was met with complete indifference. It set the tone for the entire visit. Many of the attractions and play areas advertised were either closed, broken, incomplete, or poorly maintained. The zipline course was closed for the first hour of our visit. The train table had zero trains. The princess play area was nearly empty, with no costumes and very few toys. The play kitchen was missing most of its accessories, with only a couple drawers containing play food, and the SMEG play refrigerator was broken. The overall maintenance was disappointing. Several play areas felt neglected, and some equipment appeared to have been out of service for quite some time rather than temporarily unavailable. There were even broken claw machines and other unused equipment sitting around the facility, giving parts of the space the feeling of a toy graveyard rather than a premium children's play center. The facility simply did not reflect what is advertised online. What frustrated me most was the lack of staff engagement. My child became stuck inside the jungle gym, and when I asked a staff member for help, she looked at me and walked away. Whether it was a language barrier, lack of training, or simply not caring, there was no attempt to assist. There were also strange setup choices that made the experience worse. A speaker for the projector was mounted directly above the play kitchen area, blasting audio into children's ears while they were trying to play there. For nearly $100, I expect a clean, well-maintained facility with functioning attractions, stocked play areas, and staff who are willing to help families. Instead, we found broken equipment, closed attractions, empty play stations, and indifferent customer service. I don't mind paying premium prices for a great experience. I do mind paying premium prices for an experience that feels neglected and significantly different from what is advertised. The biggest disappointment wasn't that one or two things were broken. It was that broken attractions, empty play areas, disengaged staff, and obvious maintenance issues all existed at the same time.

Well, I wasn't able to get my friends over (they're lazy), but I was able to come for a work event, and it was super fun. Sports Box is located right outside Dole Theatre where Wild Tiki Fun Zone used to be, I believe. There's ample parking and they validate! Definitely an easy and convenient location. Inside is clean, cool, and well maintained. It's a bit dark, but that's not a big issue. There are several "boxes" (simulators). Consisting of baseball, soccer, bowling, frisbee golf, hockey, footgolf, regular golf, dodgeball, and a shooting game. They provide all the equipment for every game. Even the Point Blank gun for the shooting game (yes, I had to power up the PlayStation later). You can bring own golf clubs if you like too. There's also a putting mat with multiple fun games, and the putting surface is angled, which makes it more challenging and fun than if it was just flat. Each box is charged by the hour and not per person. It's $75 per hour, up to 6 people, which is not bad at all. Party Packs are also available (up to 70 people, ranging from $225 to $425 per hour) where you can use multiple boxes, tables and chairs are provided, Karaoke available, and equipment. The only thing is they don't provide are food and drinks. Overall, I had a fun time. I enjoyed the putting and golf games. Golf had many modes, and many real life full courses that includes putting too! How awesome! The staff was helpful and informative. It's a great venue for gatherings and events. Like many indoor playgrounds, you need to sign a waiver at check in and purchase their socks to wear. It was quite small compared to a place like Kids City in Kapolei. One thing to note is the check in area is directly in front of the automatic sliding doors leading to the parking lot, so be cautious if you are waiting to sign in and have a runner! My toddler enjoyed the ball pit for a while and then played in their sand bar (hinoki wood cubes), grabbing all the shovels his arms could hold. He also played with the big foam blocks. As another Yelper mentioned, it doesn't seem as clean as other indoor play places because I also saw stickers from different dates in various places. Overall he wasn't too keen on playing here for long, and I felt like I spent a good amount of time chasing him around the play area instead of him actually playing. Being familiar with Keiki Kingdom, I filled out the waivers ahead of time via the website and clicking on this specific location so that the check in would be quicker. Once we got inside, there were two workers just sitting by down behind the counter. We headed to the counter and I was asked to fill out the waiver. I told them that I filled it out on the website and one of the girls says "every location has their own waiver." I told her "Yes, I went onto the website and clicked on this location" and she looked confused. She then told the other girl to see if they can search it up. Sure enough, she found my waiver. It could be a training issue, but I figured as an employee, they would be familiar with the fact that we could sign the waiver on the website, not only by scanning the QR code at the register. She checked us in and we opted in for socks because we didn't bring ours. She handed us the four pairs without even asking for sizes. Of course I had to switch them out because the socks were way too big. Prices weren't too bad I guess. It was $20 for one adult and one child together for two hours. Fast forward to the play area. It is quite small. Great for letting the kids burn off some energy. Some of the equipment wasn't even working. No employees were actively walking around to upkeep everything like the other locations. I also noticed that our stickers kept coming off and didn't last for even half an hour. Some of the okay areas didn't seem sanitary (there was a used bandaid stuck to the play mat). The restrooms only had one stall, which would be crazy if it were actually busy and knowing how kids can't really hold their bladders would be a nightmare. We weren't even too sure how often they would check on the restrooms to make sure everything was clean. There were a lot of claw machines in different areas. It was honestly the highlight of our time since we actually won stuff. Other than that, my kids spent most of their time jumping on the trampoline after going down the same slides a hundred times. I think we'll stick to paying a little extra for a better play experience for families at the other location.
