Came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday the spot was huge and well put together but just seem like the workers were lacking the aloha spirit, all the workers look like they hated their jobs except for one guy with poofy hair, the bathroom was nice and clean they had slippers slides that were so comfortable that I wanted a pair plenty of space to get your little ones tired l, overall my daughter had a great time that's all that matter.

    Dirty tables not cleaned.

This place has degraded over the years and highly unsafe for children. Torn padding, mold growing on plastic, electrical outlets not maintained and broken tv screens. Yet they still charge a premium to enter here and they also charge $5 per adult entering. This used to be a clean and safe place to bring kids in but not anymore.

I got to visit this location on my son's 2nd birthday. We paid online for a 2 hour slot in a Wednesday afternoon. The location is very clean and staff are constantly walking around and making sure everything is in order. Socks needed to be purchased but for 3 adults and 2 children it was only $12 and you can bring them back for future visits. Lots of different activities and ways for kids to be entertained. Party packages are also advertised and are reasonably priced.

Closed zip line for 1.5 hrs

I spent $98 to bring my three kids to Keiki Kingdom on Beretania for two hours, and unfortunately the experience felt like a bait-and-switch. The lack of customer service started before we even entered the play area. At check-in, I asked for specific sock sizes for my children and was met with complete indifference. It set the tone for the entire visit. Many of the attractions and play areas advertised were either closed, broken, incomplete, or poorly maintained. The zipline course was closed for the first hour of our visit. The train table had zero trains. The princess play area was nearly empty, with no costumes and very few toys. The play kitchen was missing most of its accessories, with only a couple drawers containing play food, and the SMEG play refrigerator was broken. The overall maintenance was disappointing. Several play areas felt neglected, and some equipment appeared to have been out of service for quite some time rather than temporarily unavailable. There were even broken claw machines and other unused equipment sitting around the facility, giving parts of the space the feeling of a toy graveyard rather than a premium children's play center. The facility simply did not reflect what is advertised online. What frustrated me most was the lack of staff engagement. My child became stuck inside the jungle gym, and when I asked a staff member for help, she looked at me and walked away. Whether it was a language barrier, lack of training, or simply not caring, there was no attempt to assist. There were also strange setup choices that made the experience worse. A speaker for the projector was mounted directly above the play kitchen area, blasting audio into children's ears while they were trying to play there. For nearly $100, I expect a clean, well-maintained facility with functioning attractions, stocked play areas, and staff who are willing to help families. Instead, we found broken equipment, closed attractions, empty play stations, and indifferent customer service. I don't mind paying premium prices for a great experience. I do mind paying premium prices for an experience that feels neglected and significantly different from what is advertised. The biggest disappointment wasn't that one or two things were broken. It was that broken attractions, empty play areas, disengaged staff, and obvious maintenance issues all existed at the same time.

I brought my two kids here on a rainy Sunday after church. It had cost a total of $55 for admission for the 3 of us, 2 hours of play, and 3 pairs of non-slip socks. The place is massive! After spending 2 hours in there, we still had not experienced all the activities offered. There was something for everyone: the soft play for small kids, giant slides for slightly bigger kids, and claw machines for teens and adults. My 3-year old was obsessed with the trampolines while my 1.5-year old loved the ball pit. They don't allow outside food and drinks, but small snacks and beverages seemed acceptable. However, since we can't bring in larger food items for meals, I wish they offer more food options besides Dip n' Dots and soft drinks. Even though the 3 of us left super hungry for a late lunch, my kids had a blast. I would definitely bring them back!

It's tough to write this review because this is my daughter and her friends favorite place to go. In the beginning when things were fresh it was unbelievable but now the management and staff do not care about anything. We came here today and the sacks for the slide were missing so my daughter doesn't want to use the slide (her favorite) Next is the trampoline. We love to jump and throw the basketball and I asked the staff and they said they threw the balls away. I'm like okay then the ball machine that makes the balls float is broken too. When I talked to the staff about it they kinda just looked at me. They should let customers know on what's broken since we're paying full price thinking everything is available for use. I probably won't be taking my kids here until things get better. Super disappointed

I would recommend this specific location to families wanting to experience Keiki Kingdom. We've been here twice with our 6 kids and it's always been younger children playing which is a relief from the other location which allows older children and teens to participate on the second floor to which they do not always stay. The parking is good. It's fenced in which may seem suspicious but I'm sure it's an attempt to protect its customers and the business. This location had everything operating during our visit. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and the business is very clean. It's remarkably tidy in fact! Kudos to the staff. My kids enjoyed the slides the most. There is a lot for kids and toddlers to do here. There is one slide that I was concerned about where it's seemingly a straight drop but it's not but still my heart skips a beat when I think of a smaller child attempting to slide down it. So be warned. We visit during off hours where we nearly get the place to ourselves! And for anyone wondering, they do offer military discount! I would highly recommend this Keiki Kingdom Location above all.

So much fun for the kiddos! Our son loves going here! They run around and burn off all their energy and it's so nice for us adults because AIR CONDITIONING lol Since they renovated, it's so much better!

Went here to celebrate my sons birthday. Upon entering seemed to be okay like normal. But as we played we realized that there were so many repairs needed. So many things broken or out of order nbut still charging customers regular price. The entire area was hot as if the air conditioning wasn't working. Kids will definitely overheat. The ball pit seemed to have less than half the balls needed to be considered a ball pit. Only came to this one because the Pearl ridge one closed at 6 and we wanted to stay longer. We left after an hour.

    Dinosaur Ride On (extra fee)

Highly recommended for families with kids. They have something for everyone. There's a toddler soft play area. There's slides, trampolines, skywalk (but you must be 6+ in order to participate in the skywalk), make believe areas, table play areas, ride on, and small merry-go-rounds. This is a perfect spot for indoor play. Kids must be accompanied by adults for a small fee. They also have a small selection of claw machines and arcade games for an additional fee. There's dinosaur ride-on, also for an additional fee. They have lockers that automatically pops open with the tap of your bracelet they provide, which is awesome! No trying to figure out where your locker is or try to fumble through numerical codes. Unfortunately, not everything was working when we were here (canon ball, the heart slide, the option to pay extra to ride on the dinosaur rides, etc.). They also had minimal staff, so it was hard to find someone to operate some of the activities that needed an employee present. Some areas (such as the soft cube where the climbing wall) smelled like feet *eekkkk but otherwise, everything was fairly clean. We really enjoyed the sandpit that was filled with sand colored beads. What an awesome way to "play with sand" but stay clean without getting dirty. The front staff person was very nice and informative. They also have wifi available and posted throughout. They print identification stickers for both you and your child, which is wonderful for safety protocols. Be forewarned: You must sign a waiver (which can be done online or in person with their super simple touch screen kiosks) and buy their socks regardless of you have your own grip socks. This was our first time here and won't be our last.

We stumbled upon this place because we were in Oahu for my daughters birthday. We were a littler nervous that she would be "too old" for an indoor playground, however everyone in our party had fun (2 adults, 11 year old, and 1 year old). The place itself is clean and so spacious. Our jaws hit the floor, because of its size. Everything looked really clean and didn't have the icky germ feeling like other indoor playgrounds we've been to have (we even saw employees cleaning the toys throughout our visit!). If you are visiting (or a local) and have little ones that need to get the energy out, this is the place!

They also said they had availability that day, so I figured, why not? The whole experience was super satisfying. Ever feel like breaking something at work but don't want to get fired? Break n Anger is the place to let that urge out safely and legally. Here's how it works: You get to choose 2 items from the top shelf and 5 items each from shelves 2, 3, and 4 -- so about 17 items total to smash. After signing the waivers, you suit up in a jumpsuit, gloves, and a helmet. They offer earplugs too, but I skipped those -- the sound of breaking stuff is half the fun. Honestly, the time flew by -- I went all in for 10 minutes and it felt like seconds. I probably should've paced myself, but I really wanted to let the rage out. No regrets though -- it was super fun, and I can totally see this being a great team-building activity. I'm definitely planning to go back and try the premium items next time!

If the spaces are not for a private party you can still use them too, but it's at your own risk to leave your stuff in the open. The level my son is at is lots of crawling but the new environment may have been why he mostly sat and just looked around - that and the kids running around. There was only a small area where he could comfortably roam, which I didn't mind because it makes the free admission for him worth it and I only paid $5 since I was with a group. Kelly was very helpful in explaining everything too, from the different nail polishes to all the cute accessories you can pick for your nails. You can choose to either do your natural nails or press-on nails. We picked the press-on nails, so we can keep them longer and wear them for special occasions! We also got some inspo and suggestions on the colors and decorations we can use. Kelly explained to us what we had to do with the nails, including putting on the base coats and what to do with each jewelries. She was so patience with us and even talked stories with us! We had so much fun just decorating our press-on nails together! After you're done, you can take cute pictures in their photobooth too! They provide props you can wear for the pictures and the lighting was just perfect! It's also BYOB, which will be perfect for a girl's night, bachelorette party or even a date! It's appointment only, so be sure to book your appointment now!

If you're looking for a unique fun experience in Waikiki, definitely check out Bejewel Your Nails!…read moreIt's centrally located in the Waikiki shopping plaza (same building as the Stix food hall) on the 3rd floor. They validate parking which is a huge plus since parking in Waikiki can be expensive/difficult to find. It's a super cute DIY nail shop with tons of Sanrio themed items. As soon as you walk in, there's super cute Sanrio backdrops to take photos in front of, Sanrio bags/merch for purchase, and you start your experience wearing hello kitty socks and slippers (optional but highly recommend). After you enter the shop, you can decide whether you want to do their basic package of gel nails + unlimited nail stickers or you can do their upgraded package to have unlimited charms and gems and sparkles. I recommend choosing their unlimited charm bar because they have so many cute items to decorate your nails with! The nail shop is a little different than your typical nail salon. Here, you'll choose your polish (they now have Japanese gel!) and then Kelly (the owner) will teach you how to apply the gel polish on yourself. That's right, it's all DIY but Kelly is a very good teacher. I don't like applying my own nail polish but I found the experience super easy with her guidance. Once you've decided on your nail colors, you can choose from a huge array of stickers or charms to decorate with. Depending on whether you're using the nail stickers or the charms will be a different process but both super simple. And since it's all gel polish, there's little wait time so you can enjoy your nails as soon as you're done! What a perfect way to start your vacation in Oahu! Oh, and the best part? It's BYOB so bring some bottles and your girlfriends and have an amazing time doing your nails together! Kelly plays music for you in the shop but you can request to connect your phone to the Bluetooth speaker and play your own jams! Overall, it's a super cute and fun experience so I would recommend to check it out!

Cute little Waikiki Aquarium that's perfect for a quick stop, especially with a baby or young kids…read more It takes about an hour to get through the aquarium. Entry is only $12, which feels like a great deal for what you get. It's on the smaller side, but still really entertaining. We loved seeing a monk seal swimming around, along with tons of seahorses, jellyfish, a couple sharks, and lots of colorful fish. We even spotted a humuhumunukunukuapuaʻa, which was a fun Hawaii highlight. Only downside was getting bitten by mosquitoes inside, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise, we had a really good time and would recommend it as an easy, affordable activity in Waikiki.

The Waikiki Aquarium - is affordable, and focuses on local sea life. I have been to many aquariums with all the same fish. Most of the sea life here are smaller such as fish, jellies, sea horses but they do have a rescue Hawaiian Monk Seal in a large outdoor area. I was 13 the first time I went to this aquarium with my grandparents and I was so captivated by the sea dragons - this was the first place I ever saw them. I still have the stuffed one they bought me on that visit. My boyfriend also commented that he enjoyed this aquarium because it is focused on the local sea life. They are currently having some construction to expand and add some additional exhibits but overall it was one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend especially if you have younger children as it isn't a huge aquarium but alot of local sea life.

For a…read moreplace that just opened in early 2026, it already looks and feels like it's been open for years. During our visit, multiple activities were out of commission with "out of order" signs and yellow tape sectioning things off. The layout is also a huge headache. The only way upstairs is via one painfully slow elevator. Since the restrooms are upstairs, definitely make sure to take your child the second you arrive--if they're playing downstairs and suddenly have to go, accidents are bound to happen waiting on that lift. This space used to be the old Bed Bath & Beyond, and for whatever reason, they boarded up the other ways to get upstairs, which feels like a major safety hazard if there were ever an emergency. To make matters worse, customer service was really lacking. The staff lacked energy and attentiveness, giving off the clear vibe that they were just going through the motions to collect a paycheck. For the price and how brand-new this facility is, the maintenance, accessibility, and staff enthusiasm need a major step up.
