I would recommend this specific location to families wanting to experience Keiki Kingdom. We've been here twice with our 6 kids and it's always been younger children playing which is a relief from the other location which allows older children and teens to participate on the second floor to which they do not always stay. The parking is good. It's fenced in which may seem suspicious but I'm sure it's an attempt to protect its customers and the business. This location had everything operating during our visit. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and the business is very clean. It's remarkably tidy in fact! Kudos to the staff. My kids enjoyed the slides the most. There is a lot for kids and toddlers to do here. There is one slide that I was concerned about where it's seemingly a straight drop but it's not but still my heart skips a beat when I think of a smaller child attempting to slide down it. So be warned. We visit during off hours where we nearly get the place to ourselves! And for anyone wondering, they do offer military discount! As a parent, I have mixed feelings about Keiki Kingdom. On one hand, the layout is fantastic. You can tell someone spent a lot of time thinking through how the space flows. Everything feels connected, there's plenty for kids of different ages to do and my kids had an absolute blast. I also appreciate that the parking lot is gated. Given the area, that extra layer of security makes arriving with young children feel much more comfortable. But once you stop looking at the design and start looking at the details, the experience begins to fall apart. Cleanliness needs work. The tunnels had an unpleasant odor, parts of the facility smelled musty, the bathrooms felt sticky and the locker area was warm with little ventilation. The air conditioning also seemed inadequate. On a busy afternoon the building became uncomfortably warm and several vents looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Maintenance is another issue. Too many attractions were out of service during our visit. The popcorn machine wasn't working, one of the slides was closed, part of the climbing area was unavailable, the TV displays were damaged and several machines throughout the building were either broken or empty. When you're paying premium admission for a family, it's disappointing to find so much of the facility unavailable. The front desk also left a poor first impression. We were required to purchase Keiki Kingdom socks even though we already had socks from another indoor playground. I understand having policies, but when you're asking families to spend more money before they even walk in, it would be nice to mention that several attractions are currently unavailable. That feels like the fair thing to do. I also wish there were more staff actively walking the play areas. Not to babysit children, but simply to help keep the space clean, notice maintenance issues and step in when kids are playing unsafely. That visible presence would make a big difference. The frustrating part is that all of these issues are fixable. The foundation is excellent. The design is better than most indoor playgrounds I've visited and my kids genuinely loved their time there. But a great concept deserves better upkeep, better maintenance, and more attention to the customer experience. We'll probably be back because the kids had fun. I spent $98 to bring my three kids to Keiki Kingdom on Beretania for two hours, and unfortunately the experience felt like a bait-and-switch. The lack of customer service started before we even entered the play area. At check-in, I asked for specific sock sizes for my children and was met with complete indifference. It set the tone for the entire visit. Many of the attractions and play areas advertised were either closed, broken, incomplete, or poorly maintained. The zipline course was closed for the first hour of our visit. The train table had zero trains. The princess play area was nearly empty, with no costumes and very few toys. The play kitchen was missing most of its accessories, with only a couple drawers containing play food, and the SMEG play refrigerator was broken. The overall maintenance was disappointing. Several play areas felt neglected, and some equipment appeared to have been out of service for quite some time rather than temporarily unavailable. There were even broken claw machines and other unused equipment sitting around the facility, giving parts of the space the feeling of a toy graveyard rather than a premium children's play center. The facility simply did not reflect what is advertised online. What frustrated me most was the lack of staff engagement. My child became stuck inside the jungle gym, and when I asked a staff member for help, she looked at me and walked away. Whether it was a language barrier, lack of training, or simply not caring, there was no attempt to assist. There were also strange setup choices that made the experience worse. A speaker for the projector was mounted directly above the play kitchen area, blasting audio into children's ears while they were trying to play there. For nearly $100, I expect a clean, well-maintained facility with functioning attractions, stocked play areas, and staff who are willing to help families. Instead, we found broken equipment, closed attractions, empty play stations, and indifferent customer service. I don't mind paying premium prices for a great experience. I do mind paying premium prices for an experience that feels neglected and significantly different from what is advertised. The biggest disappointment wasn't that one or two things were broken. It's tough to write this review because this is my daughter and her friends favorite place to go. In the beginning when things were fresh it was unbelievable but now the management and staff do not care about anything. We came here today and the sacks for the slide were missing so my daughter doesn't want to use the slide (her favorite) Next is the trampoline. We love to jump and throw the basketball and I asked the staff and they said they threw the balls away. I'm like okay then the ball machine that makes the balls float is broken too. I brought my two kids here on a rainy Sunday after church. It had cost a total of $55 for admission for the 3 of us, 2 hours of play, and 3 pairs of non-slip socks. The place is massive! After spending 2 hours in there, we still had not experienced all the activities offered. There was something for everyone: the soft play for small kids, giant slides for slightly bigger kids, and claw machines for teens and adults. My 3-year old was obsessed with the trampolines while my 1.5-year old loved the ball pit. They don't allow outside food and drinks, but small snacks and beverages seemed acceptable. However, since we can't bring in larger food items for meals, I wish they offer more food options besides Dip n' Dots and soft drinks. Highly recommended for families with kids. They have something for everyone. There's a toddler soft play area. There's slides, trampolines, skywalk (but you must be 6+ in order to participate in the skywalk), make believe areas, table play areas, ride on, and small merry-go-rounds. This is a perfect spot for indoor play. Kids must be accompanied by adults for a small fee. They also have a small selection of claw machines and arcade games for an additional fee. There's dinosaur ride-on, also for an additional fee. They have lockers that automatically pops open with the tap of your bracelet they provide, which is awesome! No trying to figure out where your locker is or try to fumble through numerical codes. Unfortunately, not everything was working when we were here (canon ball, the heart slide, the option to pay extra to ride on the dinosaur rides, etc.). They also had minimal staff, so it was hard to find someone to operate some of the activities that needed an employee present. Some areas (such as the soft cube where the climbing wall) smelled like feet *eekkkk but otherwise, everything was fairly clean. We really enjoyed the sandpit that was filled with sand colored beads. What an awesome way to "play with sand" but stay clean without getting dirty. The front staff person was very nice and informative. They also have wifi available and posted throughout. They print identification stickers for both you and your child, which is wonderful for safety protocols. Be forewarned: You must sign a waiver (which can be done online or in person with their super simple touch screen kiosks) and buy their socks regardless of you have your own grip socks. We stumbled upon this place because we were in Oahu for my daughters birthday. We were a littler nervous that she would be "too old" for an indoor playground, however everyone in our party had fun (2 adults, 11 year old, and 1 year old). The place itself is clean and so spacious. Our jaws hit the floor, because of its size. I'm visiting Honolulu with my kids and we've been to a lot of places here -- most people have been super friendly and welcoming. But this place really stood out in the worst way. My child was trying the "Sky Walk" for the first time and didn't really understand how it worked. It's shaped like a spider web, and she thought once she walked from one end to the other, that was it. In reality, she had only done half of it. After coming down, she wanted to go again. We honestly didn't know how many times the Sky Walk could be used with our ticket. So I asked the staff below if my kid could line up and try it again. --We can wait. (There was no one else in line at the time, except for the three kids who were climbing up.) But the staff gave me a really unfriendly look, and even looked at my child in a way that made us feel uncomfortable and unhappy. Did we do something wrong without realizing it? After that, she was really dismissive and barely responded to anything I said. Her attitude and the way she looked at us just made us feel awful. Later, I asked the front desk, and they said it was totally fine to do the Sky Walk multiple times. This place felt very different from all the other kid-friendly spots we've been to. Keiki kingdom was so fun, it was like walking into nostalgia. Where the old foodland was located on South Beretania, you must reserve a time slot online on their website rather than walking in. Parking is available and free, and it wasn't packed but there were just enough kids to interact with. Its $5/adult flat and $12/child/hour. Check in at the front for your reservation, scan their QR code to fill out a waiver for each person + each child, and you will be provided with a sensor key for your assigned locker. Also, you must buy Keiki kingdoms grip sock, which are mandatory. So if you plan on coming back, I'd suggest that you keep your socks to reuse! The atmosphere was quite awesome as you enter through the ropes, the restrooms and a nursing room are to your left, and the fun is everywhere else! I definitely had fun just to watch and babysit on the sidelines haha. There were so much things to play with: from slides, to make-pretend cooking, to trampolines and rock climbing, and the like. You have to pay for their socks to go into play, adults also. I took my 20 month old granddaughter and there was enough stuff to keep her occupied for a little over an hour. Her favorite area was the dinosaurs. I think on Saturdays they have a "walk the dinos" type of thing . I will say I saw globs of hair and dirt everywhere, so not the cleanest place. The pretend play areas were in a state of disarray, of course from kids playing. Usually places like this has a team that is going around putting things in place and cleaning all the time. Maybe this place only does it once a day, at night when they close? There are a few places like this on Oahu, I would say try them all to see which one fits your child's age the best. It's also good because the adults can go all places with your child. So for helicopter parents like me, it's good to be able to play and be sure my son is safe when playing. My girls are having their birthday party for the second year in a row at the Honolulu location. I just called to confirm rooms and was told that the max for each room was only 35 when I had 60 last year in one room. Also, the associate told me that each adult costs $30! Last year adults were only $5 like the regular admission since they are only coming to chaperone their kids. This is so disappointing as it will be costing a lot more than last year. The associate that assisted me with the party she seemed new since she asked the supervisor a lot of questions but she was very helpful and accommodating. The supervisor on the other hand was not welcoming. She did not make eye contact, smile at all or say hello or thank you for the whole time I was there or to any of my guests. She had the worst customer service out of all the employees and did not represent the company well. Lastly, they overcharged me and forgot that I already paid for two rooms instead of one. If I didn't recalculate it myself I would have paid well above the price. Again, the supervisor instead of apologizing and making it right she just rolled her eyes at me. Unfortunately, due to the last minute price change and poor customer service I will not be returning to this establishment. At Keiki Kingdom, I could let my child roam and I didn't fear she would get hurt and it's nice and open with enough for the kids to do. I love that they have lunch/drinks and ice cream in case the kids get hungry. We will def keep coming back to Keiki Kingdom until our kid is a bit older. REOPENED 5/17/25 5 stars for the fun. -2 stars for the safety issues After being closed for renovation, they're finally open. Place looks amazing. Tons of new stuff to do and my girls loved it. One of the unique things is the elevated obstacle course. The kids put on a harness and get hooked onto a safety rope. Worker said height minimum is about 48", but it also depends on the kid's weight since if they're borderline making the height but super skinny, the harness won't tighten enough to hold them safely. There's a claw machine area, nothing amazing. Some small ones for $1 each play, and medium sized ones for $2. Other than that, a big building with tons of slides, ball pits, trampolines, etc. They just opened, so there will be areas needing improvement. Despite these issues, I'd still recommend bringing your kids here. It's fun. Hopefully the problems are quickly fixed. 1ST ISSUE (VERY DANGEROUS) The colorful slide with the lights. The landing mat is too thick and is a bit taller than the slide itself. That means when sliding down, kids' heels will hit that mat really hard and injure their ankles. My daughters got hurt by it. I told the female owner immediately and she said she'll look into it. A little after, another young kid got injured from it and cried hard. Staff brought icepacks. Watched the area for a bit, and most kids that slid down, they caught the cushion with their heels. 2 hours later, you can see the creases on the mat from the way kids are hitting it with their heels. BE CAREFUL with this slide until owners fix it. KEEP YOUR HEELS LIFTED OFF THE SLIDE 2ND ISSUE The Fire Department imagination play house. The sign above the entry is made of hard wood. It does have cushion on both sides, but the bottom is still exposed. Saw a kid bump their head on it pretty hard. Upon inspection, the corner is also not covered by the cushion. In other words, the cushion is useless as it still allows kids' heads to get injured. 3RD ISSUE Ball pit area. There's a tall slide that is straight and smooth. Kids shoot down this slide really fast. The bottom of the slide opens up in the middle of the ball pit, which is high traffic area for kids to be running around. Saw some kids get hit hard here. Owners likely are aware of this as there's a staff watching, but majority of the time, they're not there. 4TH ISSUE I booked tickets the night before and it had 9am as the earliest. Booked it for 3 hours. I get to the parking lot at 845am, it's LOCKED. I find out they actually open at 10am. So we had to wait for a bit. Not sure why their system allows booking of hours when they're not open. read more

Is this worth the money? For kids 3-8, definitely. Is this worth a flight just to Hawaii? Maybe not but definitely a great rainy day activity. This is by far the most amazing indoor play place we've ever been to. They had the ball pit, tube slides, a foam air gun area, trampoline area, pretend 2 story house, multiple rider toys, a dice "sand" box, tv area with loungers, water treasure panning activity ($), arcade ($), toy shop ($), cotton candy/popcorn machine ($), dining area with food for purchase ($), and the list goes on. However, we ran into the same issue where grown ups began playing rough in the trampoline area and eventually, all the kids had left. Of course if you ask my son, he'd give it 5 stars, but as an observing parent, I'll give you the scoop. Yes you have to buy THIER grippy socks on your first visit, sucks, but the rubber flooring is kinda smooth so I can see people slipping with regular socks. Everything is spaced out nicely from play areas, snack area, TV area and they even have some VR games and building block tables. They also have a section to purchase toys, most seemed like knock off versions of toys you could get off temu, but they had a lot of learning toys as well. This summers feature is dinosaurs, so they had a ride along track near the front with dinos you can race around a track. A different area had some bigger coin operated Dinos to sit on and interact with, my son got a kick out of those. It only takes couple mins or even shorter. Then After you'll get assisted by a Keiki Kingdom staff member with your admission fee and also KEYS for the LOCKERS to place your shoes and bags etc (lockers are free for customers i believe) Aight here's the fun part - KEIKI KINGDOM is a NICE indoor playground They have a BIG BALL PIT area, They have a nice size area where Toddlers can play ages from 1-3 yrs old I'd say. So far I've taken my son here twice. Its definitely a good addition to the city, another place to go for the kids besides the one at Ward! The pricing is similar to the other indoor playground. What took me aback the first time was they mandated customers to buy their grip socks. I was so prepared that I brought my own grip socks and my son's! The second time I was here I did see one adult without the KK socks walking around. Before I continue with my review, MAY I SUGGEST that we put some kind of barricade or fence between the play area and the entrance/exit? I know parents should always supervise the kids, but sometimes some kids run really fast and just in case they lose track of them at least they won't be running off out to the parking lot!!! That always concerns me, even for the other indoor playground. If KK could do that that would definitely be a bonus point for them. I love how much action is packed into this playground. I feel like older kids can have fun here as well as compared to the other one because it got bigger slides. I love the steep red slide. It does look kinda high from the top and I know even some adults hesitate to slide down lol. Today I finally got my 3 year old to go with me and we went 3 times! He loves everything there, especially the slides. He also likes the plastic rainbow pebble pit. But I could foresee a problem for younger kids. I honestly think it shouldn't allow kids younger than 2 going in there just because of choking hazard. So yeah it's kinda funny they ban outside grip socks due to liability but allow infants playing in that with high risk of choking and being sued by parents. Funny. I've seen kids many times trying to eat those colorful candy-looking like pebbles than I would imagine seeing people slip and fall with their own grip socks. The first time I saw that my mom alarm just went off. Luckily my son is already old enough to know that's not for eating (but I still watch him because it's very tempting). Yeah so overall fun place. This place is HUGE! It's got so many things for the kids to play with. I'm glad we went off peak because the kids were able to enjoy it without a crowd. I can see how the place is getting a lot of use because things were broken/missing. I guess that's inevitable in a place like this. I'll be perfectly honest... I did not want to write a review for fear of other families catching on to this epic playground. If everyone knew about KK, I'd be SOL on those rainy, windy days when indoor play is a must. But I adore KK and wish them all the success, plus the staff is incredible that they deserve the recognition. KEIKI KINGDOM is the Rolls Royce of indoor play. Owner Peter W. did it right. He envisioned a huge space like other Asian playland counterparts. His wife chose the color scheme and play structures. Their grand opening was New Years Day, and already they are a packed house over the weekends. -Free, ample parking with fenced lot for safety (keep homeless out, keep kids in) -Food and beverages offered (currently there are cupcakes and cakes, but are working on getting musubi and sandwiches) *UPDATE: They started serving PB&J, Ham & Cheese, Turkey & Cheese, and Egg Salad sandwiches for $5! Sushi hand rolls are $3.50. -Bathrooms and wash stations available -Tables for parents/families to relax, eat, and socialize in a space removed from the play area Kids of all ages can appreciate KK. The young 'uns (under 3 years) can tackle the rainbow sand pit, ball pit, small slides, carousel, or play house. The older kids are free to explore the mega slide (the drop is steeper than it looks!), trampolines, shooting area, and race derby. They also feature a mid-day sing along with a special appearance by the mascot. Staff members pass out colorful kazoos and before you know it, the entire arena is erupting in noise best described as duck mating season gone bad. But the kids have a blast, and that's the best part for witnessing parents. Drawback: Prices are reasonable, but their policy requires you to purchase their brand of grip socks for each family member. The initial cost is hefty, but subsequent visits are manageable. Huge gym area compared to Kid City. Adults are able to come into the gym area which is a plus. The one thing this place lacks is more life toys. More foods and career toys are highly encouraged. Paying $22 per child and $5 per parent seems worth it. Various party spots to host private parties. Locker system is easy and convenient. Check in process flows. It's cool to see that they serve some snacks and have a toy shop. Bathroom is remodeled and space is huge. It can get chaotic but it's a bunch of kids. I HATE the cannon ball gun bc you don't know who's kid randomly shot at you and you just want to put them on time out but they ain't my kid. The sand box was cool but I feel bad for the staff having to vacuum those pieces up. Parking seems limited but it could be because the hype is real. read more

We came in on a Thursday morning and the place was empty which I was very happy about. It just opened a week or so ago and everything is clean and new for now. First impression is that it's spacious and we didn't know where to start having fun! I think this place is perfect for my kids ages 4 and 2. They have enough equipment for the younger ones to be able to enjoy and participate with the older kids. I love that it is one large space. Kids city has too many sections and I can't always keep and eye on both of my kids as they are different physical levels I also love that the floor is padded so when the little ones fall at least there is some cushion. There is plenty of parking and it is all fenced in which I'm sure is meant to help prevent car break ins. Yes, it's in a random location but the inside is amazing. We got the 2 hour playtime and military discount which equals one adult free which is $5 off. I did really enjoy this place but the thing I wasn't a huge fan of was that they make you purchase their socks for $3 each. I even brought my own that had grips on the bottom but was told no. Staff was friendly no complaints there. Overall it was great and we will back! read more
