Ok 3 stars for Brooklyn our waitress! If it weren't for her would've definitely been a one star. The drinks she recommended were great, the wings took quite a while and were cold when they came out. My husband & I only get to spend one wknd a month together due to his job atm . will admit we were being lovey dovey and kissing here & there and having a great time and laughing. I went to the restroom and came back to another server or manager not sure ? But he rudely and with high volume told my husband and I to keep it PG13 that he's a married man and has twins so he gets it. It was pretty embarrassing especially being that if it was such an issue why did he not approach my husband while I was using the restroom and not cause so much attention? First time coming here with my boyfriend, another couple and their family. They were helpful in accommodating us in everything we wanted but of course there were a few issues as to why the 3 stars. It took 30 mins plus just to get us water and our beers. We ordered a sandwich that came out last after waiting 45 minutes for our food. This place isn't packed at all. But the servers didn't know what I was talking about even tho it was the only sandwich that was ordered at the table. The wings were great, super spicy but to be honest the only thing I really enjoyed was the beer cheese the manager suggested to us.. BE CAREFUL!!!!!! PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILL!!!! My fiancé and I decided to place a to go order over the phone. The guy was super nice over the phone and he insisted when we come pick up the food to come inside and get some beers to go since that's what they're known for. I agreed especially during covid this is the time to support family owned businesses. When we go inside the guy lets us try samples of beers and unfortunately I didn't like any so I said I'll pass... my fiancé on the other hand grabbed one to go. They brought the check back and the bill was around 140 we were stunned because that was way too much for what we ordered. I reviewed the bill and we got a charged for 3 drinks we didn't order. After I called him out on it he said "Sorry it must have been the wrong bill." How is that possible? When he brought the correct bill it was $85. There wasn't anyone else in there except the owner sitting at the bar.... I was so disappointed they tried to play us.... so for everyone out there, LOOK THROUGH YOUR BILL. read more

I wanted to love this place. However, I was fairly disappointed overall. Granted they've only been open for a little over a month according to the waiter. It has potential once they get in their groove. Here's our experience... There were four of us, two adults and two children under 6 years old. It worked for us as the dining is loud and so are our children. William greeted us right away and was amazing when he was on shift. However, it's when he checked out is when things went downhill quick. They required he close out his tab before he left so we paid for our meal prior to receiving it. The kids meals came out roughly 45 minutes later (1 hamburger and 1 chicken strips) both were pretty good. The adult meals were the pork chop and the pork belly sandwich. It was another 45 minutes before our food came out and that was tracking down a waiter to check on the status multiple times. The food came and the pork chop was TERRIBLE!! It was so hard to cut through (I had to put some muscle behind it) and was incredibly dry! I told the waiter and he told the kitchen. Their response was that they need to make sure it's cooked thoroughly. Based on that response, I decided to not send back the food. One positive about that meal was the mashed potatoes and asparagus for the sides. Those were delicious. We had ordered the drunken peach crisp prior to William getting off shift and that was another item we had to track down a waiter to put in. 20 minutes later in came and it was another disappointment. The peaches seemed undercooked and there wasn't much crisp or flavor. It's our first visit and maybe that's how it's supposed to be. Not sure. Overall, although the atmosphere was good, the food and the customer service needs a lot of work. We're not ruling this place out completely. We will try it again in about 6 months or so. The 1 star is being generous because the steak was just o.k. We got the hungry man steak and mashed potatoes omg the mashed potatoes were so disgusting!!!!! How do you mess mashed potatoes up? They were soooooo watery and not at all appealing to the taste! They don't offer any steak sauce we asked for medium rare steak and it was soooo tough like can barely bite it! We got an dessert the chocolate cookie with ice cream even the ice cream was disgusting!!! To the point where we didn't even eat the cookie. The presentation of the food is wonderful, it looks so delicious and the description also sounds delicious; but it was disappointing. The food didn't taste very good. We had fried pickles and they were not good, at all. The burgers we ordered were okay. My husband really didn't like his at all. The one I had was okay, I've had better for cheaper.
