I filled out the whole history for me for my appointment she had none of my history none of my allergies or nothing in the chart she acted like she was ignorant when I told her about it all. And when I went in and told her I had to use the restroom and she informed me they were internal medicine .no s*** dumbass I have a kidney cyst and I thought maybe you would want a urine sample for that dumb dumb. And she basically told me what she thought was right for me when she was completely way off base. The doctor Benjamin was pretty good very professional he understood my needs I needed some referrals and testing done. I went to my insurance company they gave me another doctor because I was unprofessional and it could have endangered my life because they don't know what they're doing. stay very clear this place and stay far away from him they are very very not professional and it's been documented with my insurance

So I did my research and my insurance does cover the medication I've been on for a couple years. I was asked to take down a Google review several times without the assistance I need to have to receive my proper medication. No word from a supervisor or office manager yet and Amanda was "handling" this for me but didn't find out why I'm not getting answers from anyone in that office. At a dead end !
