Sometimes there is a group already in the room, and while there is a comfortable waiting area, you do not want to hear what is going on or it will spoil your own game. So if the previous players are going over-time or you are extra early, it is best to wait downstairs in the Logos bookstore until it is your booking time. There were about 7 empty stalls in the parking lot when I arrived at 5:45pm for my 6pm event. Up the stairs is a little landing. You press the button that says "AVR" and it rings a bell to let you in. Gerard welcomed us, gave us safety tips, and made sure we had tons of fun! We all had a great time. Well I was wondering why they those character in the window and I was just too curious not to check them out and is obvious to see that this a virtual reality gaming place which is pretty cool to see the high tech pods and vehicles...a place to escape virtually. As you make your saying you can see a huge Pokémon character...Gengar to be exact and it reflects its right beside a huge gachapon machine as well, though the back are you can see some claw game machines and a bunch more of the gachapon which is a capsule toy dispenser with various popular characters actually got me looking for possibilities lol though luckily they were out and I was out of luck. Just when you think that's it there a sign and you can kinda see secret room "Space 62" where it's wall to wall of Pokémon cards I guess it all makes sense now and what a fun spot for all ages to enjoy right in the International Marketplace on the ground floor near the center. I'm sharing my experience as a volunteer for an organization that used this company to plan an…read moreevent. Overall, I had a horrible experience with their logistics team. Every question asked by volunteers were met with "I don't know." They did not have a flow of logistics and how to make volunteers useful during the event. They informed us to arrive at 3 pm and for 2.5 hrs, many people, including elderly volunteers, stood around and did nothing. If you are an organization who values your volunteers that have been following you for a long time, choose a company that will ensure they don't cause rifts in that relationship. Contracted or hired companies should have awareness of an organization's support system and make them feel engaged and useful. GEH sent an email about volunteers knowing their breaks and even having a meal. We did not receive any information on that which was another reason I just left. Overall, select an organization that thinks about things thoroughly. Tonight, I left not inspired.

Definitely exceeded that 3 hint limit! The room we did was the Y2K one, which was certainly a fun blast from the past room. For those who were 90s kids or fondly remember the 90s, this will definitely be your jam. The room itself was wide ranging of difficulty, while I wouldn't recommend for beginners, it's certainly got a good balance between difficult puzzles and easier ones. The room is also good for kids. Nothing jumpy with it that happens with this one, though, they might miss a lot of the references. But hey, if you're bringing your kids here you can tell them all about the things in there, "Back in my day...", and remind yourself how old you are! You put contact information on your website, instagram, and your door and you nitpick which caller you're gonna answer? Communication in this business needs to improve drastically.
