My floors were in pretty bad shape but Josh and his crew got them looking stunning. Their equipment is new so it was literally dust free and did an excellent job. The estimate was accurate and the work was done on time as promised. I did pay a travel fee for them to come down from Marquette but it was well worth it and I'm glad I did! He and his wife, Ann are giving vague responses (if they respond at all) regarding a completion date. I don't think a business should take on new work, and require a 50% down payment when they can't complete the work they already have in place. This is an unethical business practice and it is wrong. Tim should be upfront with people and set realistic time lines vs giving false expectations and hope. I would not recommend this business. I am not their only client in this situation.
