But, he did not allow me to have a bottle of cleaner. "It's policy to not give out the bottle of cleaner" "people take them", he said. Frustrated with Anthony and the lack of customer service, I asked to speak to the manager. He said his name is Stephen and I can talk to him tomorrow. Like most automated car washes, Mister Car Wash has tiered washes ranging from $10 - $20, as well as Unlimited Memberships following the same tiers. Being this was my first visit, I was not interested in a membership just yet, but I did go with the Platinum Exterior wash for $20. The wash was solid, it left a few streaks on my back window, but with my model of Explorer all washes seem to do that due to the overhang. The tires came out shiny and all other areas were decently clean. Once you pop out of the bay, you can pull in to the complimentary vacuum area. Vacuums are plentiful and have decent suction. Overall, solid car wash that I would have no issues returning to.

The car wash itself is really good. Little need for second washes. They have multiple types of car washes, and most involve different types of protection they can apply. Around the corner they have plenty of free vacuums, floor mat cleaners, and microclothes to make sure the interior is as good as the exterior. On tope of that they have very affordable monthly packages for one car, or a family of cars. For a self-service car wash, there are plenty of employees around to help with entry gate, get you directed into the tunnel, or keeping the vacuum area clean. Although actual speaking is limited, instructional hand gestures and smiles abound.
