I bought a new 2018 pick up and have been getting it washed regularly here with the basic wash. I think it's important to wash regularly to prevent environmental issues. Been going here since new, It has progressively gotten worse. They took out 1/ 3 of the brushes in the tunnel, they quit doing a pre spray when entering, and now the wheel tire cleaners don't appear to work, I have cameras all over the car for the hands free driving, no movement at the tire brushes that I could see. I've thought long and hard about writing this, but I don't want anyone else to experience what I went through. I started at Washtopia in Fall 2023 and was consistently one of the top sales associates, helping drive sales and improve membership retention. I cared about my job and always gave my best. After briefly leaving for college and returning in 2025, I interviewed for a General Manager position. While the interview went well, I was told I was not selected mainly due to a language barrier, despite being honest from the beginning about not being fluent in Spanish. I understood this decision and accepted an Assistant Manager position at the Hermitage location under Caroline Merced, with Ivan Torres overseeing the Clarksville area. FYI, They're married. Unfortunately, misinformation was spread that I had "lied" about speaking Spanish, which was never true. This affected how I was treated from the start. Under Caroline's management, the work environment was tense and intimidating. Many employees were afraid to speak up, morale was low, and turnover was constant. Micromanagement and excessive monitoring created a culture of fear rather than support. Despite living over an hour away, rarely calling out, covering shifts, and consistently going above and beyond, I was often made to feel undervalued and discouraged. I frequently left work emotionally drained, questioning my abilities, even though my performance was strong. Over time, I also experienced distant and unprofessional behavior from Ivan Torres, including being ignored at company events and dismissed in conversations. In addition, when my younger brother applied for an entry-level position, the interview process was handled inconsistently, which raised further concerns about fairness and communication. I could share many more details and specific examples, but I'll leave it at this: I had never considered therapy before this experience. After working under this management, I realized how much it affected my mental and emotional well-being, and seeking support became necessary. What makes this most disappointing is that Washtopia used to feel like home to me. I loved my coworkers, enjoyed my job, and learned valuable skills. Unfortunately, that changed under this leadership. If you are considering working here -- especially at the Hermitage or Clarksville locations -- please do your research and ask detailed questions about management and workplace culture before accepting a position. Be wary of the renewing membership. They place a sticker in the front window of your car that is almost impossible to remove and the residue. The car wash is decent but there is almost always a long line and have to wait on the vacuums. read more

I just wrapped up lunch in the neighboring plaza and was eyeing the Dutch Bros coffee in the distance, when I spotted Washtopia...which happened to be in the middle of where I was and where I wanted to be, so naturally I decided to hop in the line of 10 cars to get a quick wash. The wash was quick, but the wait was not. They have three lanes, one of which is VIP members, one is VIP and Credit Card payments and the other is a live cashier. All three lines feed into the entrance to the wash. I had high hopes as I entered the wash, as the first thing I noticed was the fancy conveyor system they had that just picked the whole vehicle up and moved it effortlessly. One pain point I have with all other quick service washes is threading your tire in the small opening through mediocre direction provided by a preoccupied attendant. Here, there was none of that...the belt was moving, you drove on and slapped it in neutral and kept it moving...or it kept you moving. While this was pretty cool, the amazement stopped there for me. Once out of the wash, I whipped in a free vacuum stall with the sole intention of a quick vacuum, however I ended up doing that plus fixing a part of my bumper that came loose and wiping down my whole passenger side due to the streaks that were left from the machine. My vehicle was legit in worse shape and dirtier after completing the wash. Overall, cool and modern conveyor system...not such a cool wash. read more

This place is amazing. Love the entire format. Is it similar to other drive through washes, yes. BUT, it's better. The tube-like, transparent automated wash is cool and seems a bit less "damage prone" than others I've done. But the amazing part is the free detergent/spray bottles, terry cloth towels and vacuums! I've not seen a car wash that offers this and it goes a long way with me bc there are always spots that are missed in the drive thru and I can them take my time addressing those. I am writing to report an incident that occurred on September 18, 2025, in which my front windshield was damaged after using the car wash services. I immediately contacted the manager, who processed a claim on her phone. I inquired about the presence of cameras to capture footage of my vehicle entering and exiting the premises. The manager informed me that there are 42 cameras installed throughout the facility. Nevertheless, I received a link stating that Washtopia denies any liability. My vehicle is a 2025 RDX A-Spec Advance with a tinted front windshield. I have initiated a claim with my insurance provider and filed a police report. Additionally, I requested Washtopia's insurance company information but did not receive a response. As a loyal customer since 2018, I am disappointed with the treatment I received and plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The vehicle in front of me never pulled out when their wash was finished. The track forced my car into that vehicle. The staff segregated the two of us afterward. They collected all my information, but never collected the other drivers name or insurance (because he was reluctant to share) so now i am stuck paying for the deductible for my insurance to fix with no offer of assistance from Washtopia even though i am a multi vehicle monthly subscriber for 18+ months Be warned!!! read more

I work from home and i havent been driving much but to a store & to the car wash because i had the monthly subscription. I noticed piece came off my back bumper probably because the worker didnt direct me into the tunnel correctly! I asked for them to find the part and they waited 2 days until i came back and asked for a manager before they looked. Now i keep asking them to pull the camera to show their crack head workers neglecting to direct me into the tunnel correctly & so i could see a before the tunnel & after tunnel view of my car! They refuse to message me back with the footage The carpet washer machine is nice it leaves a wet moldy stink sometimes in your carpets if you have A LUXURY CAR PLEASE JUST GET YOUR CAR HAND WASHED THIS PLACE WILL EVENTUALLY DESTROY YOUR CAR. Welp it looks fancy but it sucks. Yes they offer window cleaner, as many drying cloths as you need and free vacuum but the vacuums don't have powerful suction and they have the big mouth so you can't reach between the seats and doors and small places. The staff is not really friendly and the washing station suck, my car wasn't washed properly in several spots. My car got severely damaged. The whole top of my car on the back got scratched. Let me tell you, "they are not responsible" like maybe then clean your machines to avoid this headache for you and the customers? They don't offer spot free rinse so your cars are left with white spots all over them if you don't have time to dry it. Save your money honestly, wash your car at home or find a different car wash. Don't waste your money. Now I have to get a paint job that's going to cost $$$$. What a disappointment. read more

I enjoyed my time here. Payment was quick. I did the $20 "Amazing wash." It seemed to give my car a nice wax & shine, however I still did a lot of manual polishing & wiping. It is what it is. This place is nice in that it also provides you with towels (nice ones) & glass cleaner. Driving into the wash was actually much easier than your traditional car wash. The guides leading into wash were flat & wide so there was no additional focus needed to get started. Check out the photo of the vacuum arches. It's nice because it fees like the vacuum moves with you while your cleaning so it never gets in your way. Happy with my visit. read more

Amazing to me that some folks want to leave a bad review because they didn't get a detail shop hand wash level cleaning from an inexpensive automatic car wash. Go wash your car by hand! This place is great. Great vacuums. Free use of microfiber towels and they supply a bottle of window cleaner at each vacuum. To top that off, today (9/14/23 @ 4pm) when I was there, one of the workers came over and helped dry my car windows. I wish I had got his name so I could give him a mention. I have been through this car wash twice only for it to leave suds water spots tires and Will's not cleaned I do not want to drive back to Lebanon. The manager said that they were fixing the blower Etc I have talked to this manager three times and still haven't had it resolved there's no one to call no corporate number listed I have sent emails no respond. My black f-150 didn't get fully cleaned up from the first wash and Jim was cool enough to let me get cleaned up for a second go-around to get it all washed up. I just ran my car through the wash and paid $3 for tire shine. Wash moves pretty fast which to me means it's not going to be a good job. Car never got the tire shine I paid for, and it's not very clean (wheels, windshield bugs) - naturally, I didn't get a receipt because when to pay for that service - you expect it to happen. The carwash itself is a little better than normal, I would have rated it a 4 star. However, do not do the plan for these 2 reasons. 1) Once on the auto payment it is almost impossible to cancel. I submitted multiple times and spent hours trying to cancel. Finally I had my credit card number changed. 2) The sticker, which a staff member places on your car without asking, took me half an hour to get off and I had to use a razor to finally remove it. read more

This is a good car wash - a little better than other drive thru washes in my opinion. The complimentary dry towels are a great addition. The tire cleaner is a bit of a mess. It doesn't dry and the car ends up wearing most of the slung-off product. The reason for my 2 star rating is the poor choice of operating hours. Why in the world would you not open before 8am? Most people like to get a wash early in the day. Some, like me, have to get a wash on the way in to work. I can't wait until 8 or after to come back and get a car wash. Bottom line - it doesn't matter how spectacular the wash if you're not open when we need it. read more
