I got a flat tire yesterday (Sunday evening before Memorial Day) and Tire Monkey was the only place in Roseburg that was open today for me to take it in. They fixed the hole in my flat, and I was out the door within 20 minutes! We were blown away by the speedy repair, excellent customer service, and incredibly affordable price! Afterwards, I had to drive all the way to Portland and back, to drop someone off at the airport, and there wasn't a single problem with the patched tire, so I know they did an excellent job! read more

We were heading home from Canyonville to Salem and got a screw in a tire. No one was open since it was a Sunday and the July 5thb but these guys were open and took care of the tire for us. We were back on the road in 15 minutes and have not had any problems. read more

What you don't want to have happen when you are driving on a Sunday, many miles from home, is have a flat tire in a town you have zero knowledge of. Lucky for us that there was a place open that could help us. I phoned ahead while we waited for AAA and spoke to Travis. He said they were just a couple miles from where we were and it would only take him a few minutes to get us back on the road. After getting our spare tire on, we drove over and just like that our 'real' tire was fixed and put back on the car and we were back on the road. What a great crew! They were honest and didn't take advantage of us, even though we were in a position that a company could. Thanks guys, we appreciate you! read more

Finding a good tire place can be really hard. I've been ripped off so many times! I have been coming here since I moved here almost 4 years ago. They are the most honest people you will encounter. I recommend them to everyone. They won't sell you something you don't need. I've gone so many times thinking I needed a new tire and they're like no you're fine, fix it, and I get more use. OK, I did a stupid thing, running over a curb around 8 pm Saturday night in Roseburg and immediately the tire pressure light came on. I had slashed the right front tire beyond repair. I pulled into a nearby KFC parking lot and AAA came out and put the doughnut spare on. (Advised to not drive over 50 miles and stay below 50 mph). The service tech recommended Tire Monkey or Costco as the only places open the following Sunday morning. Tire Monkey it was on an early Sunday morning. The guy found a slightly used Good Year tire with similar tread pattern and less wear (he said) than my Yokohama tires. Sold. For $80 cash I got the replacement installed within 30 minutes and was able to safely drive around Roseburg for another week, then drive safely (800 miles) back to my home in Southern California. I wish my tires all still matched, but three Yokohamas and a Goodyear are a very minor glitch in the grand scheme of life and things we worry about. I had tires that had the cords sticking out of 2 of the 4 tires . I ended up buying 4 used tires that were like new pretty much ,when I got home I noticed one of the tires I just got had a big nail in it . The next morning I called the monkey and they told me to bring it in , I drove it back they fixed it no charge .my experience there was pleasant great people very friendly I'll be back.thanks ! read more

We were going to Seattle from Southern California and ran over a nail in Myrtle Creek Oregon area. My husband and I were both worried that since it's a holiday weekend all the tire shops would be closed. But nevertheless, Tire Monkey showed up and it was open on a Sunday, called, and YES THEY PATCH TIRES!! We arrived and the guys were super sweet, complimented our car, patched our tire, and replaced it all within a matter of 15 minutes. I've also never seen a bill so low... I blame California. BEWARE!! If you're reading this, go find a differnet tire shop. This place will screw you over. I recently purchased 4 brand new tires and was I given different size tires than the ones I picked (205/60r16 rather than 205/55r16, i.e. the ones that FIT) That's just the minor issue, the kid who swapped my tires (Pete) had also stripped EVERY lug on my car to the point they're completely rounded. Now it's gonna be a real challenge to get these tires off. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to buy your tires. If you're still thinking about going here, just take a look at how cluttered and disorganized this shop is and then think again. read more

I brought my car in because I had a nail in my tire and needed the tire replaced. When I left, my car would not accelerate over 30 miles per hour and when I brought it back they refused to admit that they had done anything wrong. However, contrary to that they then informed me that there was a sensor issue that started when they replaced the tire that they could not fix and they informed me the sensor would have to be completely replaced. This was not an issue I had before they "worked" on my car. The employee at the front desk was very attentive with trying to help me and I had no troubles in that regard, my review does not reflect them in any way, this is an issue with the mechanics that are also employed at tire monkey. When I took my car to a different shop, one with competent mechanics, they discovered that tire monkey had put the wrong size of tire on my car and they informed me about a number of other clients that came to them after having similar experiences with tire monkey . Not only did they refuse to accept that they had caused the initial issue, they were also wrong about what the issue was. It appears that this is a consistent issue with tire monkey. Mistakes happen, humans are naturally flawed, however when there is a consistent mistake being made that has had nothing done to try to correct the behavior, it turns into the incompetence shown by the mechanics at tire monkey. I returned after learning the mistake they made to either get the proper tires put on my car or get a refund. They thankfully managed to get it correct the second time but I will not be returning and I urge you to take caution if you are considering taking your car there. In conclusion, don't go to tire monkey, they are incompetent, rude, and will cause more issues than they fix. read more

We were driving home after a long trip and happened to get a flat tire. We still had a long ways to go and as it was a Sunday there wasn't one shop open anywhere that could help with our tire. We called Monkey King and they got us in and fixed our tire within 10 minutes. They didn't charge us a dime and wished us a safe trip. They didn't have to be so kind and could totally charge whatever they want because they were the only option we had. So impressed and thankful for them. Would highly recommend them! read more

Our Kia got a flat while we were driving from San Francisco back to our home in Mcminnville on a Sunday. I did an emergency roadside patch using one of our kids toys (I tore an arm off a GI Joe and crammed it in the gash and it worked! !!) We called all over and Tire Monkey answered and said they'd get us right in. When we got there they were super busy, but they got us in immediately and did an outstanding job. We all had a laugh about the GI Joe arm fix and the bill was WAY too cheap. As a small business owner myself I love seeing people that work hard and treat people right succeed. Sure seemed the tires they showed me and the tires that were on my car when they were done were different! Besides that when I got home I noticed one of the tires was dried, cracked and had holes in the side wall. I went back, they put a mismatched tire on and was going to call me when he got a match in probably a week he said, it's been 4 months and I haven't heard a word. So I went to tire monkey in sutherlin Oregon to get a couple tires put on rims and balanced well I'm not letting that kid touch anything of mine again he gouged both my rims the second one really bad because for some reason either the machine or him fail and I would like to talk to the owner I have pictures had to pay to get my rims messed up it was a great experience read more

Got a puncture as I was leaving work at 5 til 6. Even though they close at 6 they waited for me and fixed my tire. Super nice. A plus.

They WILL sell you a tire that will go flat in two days and they will fix it for you if you bring it in right away. But less than a month later it will turn out that tire has a huge bubble in it that will jerk your steering wheel and shake your car. Since you bought the tire 3 weeks ago they will not replace or repair it for you. You will have to go to actual professionals and buy a whole new tire. I suggest going around to find professionals read more
