My Father purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Colorado from this dealership. I cannot recommend that anyone use their service. My father clearly explained to the sales representatives what he was interested in a truck. He had driven exactly what he wanted at other dealerships and explained he wanted a 6 cyl extended cab 4x4 truck. He decided upon Champion because it was the best deal. What he received was a 4 cyls 4x4 truck.( Which explains the good deal). My father even had a tow packaged installed on this truck thinking it was the 6 cyl version! What would someone tow with a 4 cyl truck? It can barely move itself. Unfortunately my father is very trusting and decided to trust the sales representative at Champion Chevrolet to provide what was promised. Champion Chevrolet has decided not to be honorable to a customer and will not issue a refund and take the truck back. Fantastic service of my non-GM car! I had my Toyota Corolla serviced by them and it was so smooth and hassle-free in comparison to the Toyota dealers I've dealt with recently, I wish I'd gone to them sooner. Making an appointment online was easy, and the notes I included actually transferred over to them - I even received an e-mail from Champion letting me know they were checking to make sure they could get the right battery to fit my car, and a follow-up e-mail let me know when they did. All the service staff (including Grant Curry) were very friendly and the prices were very reasonable - they got everything done in only 2 hours. Went to this dealership at 15 min before closing on a Saturday evening ( not knowing they closed at 6). Allen and Drew (and others) worked with us until after 9 PM to get us into a new 2017 Camaro. That's 3 hours after they closed. They could have not approached us and closed or say come back when we are open longer. We drove about an hour to get to this dealer after seeing that they had the exact Camaro I was looking for. Short of walking on water I don't know how Champion could do any better. You know, I just feel like part of a family working with Champion. Great experience with Derek and Chris! We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to visit Champion! I HATE purchasing vehicles, Derek was not at all pushy and did everything he could to try to make a deal work, they offered a fair value for my vehicle (owe a little more than what it is worth) and were top 5 lowest value within 250 miles on the vehicle we were interested in.
