I had taken my car in due to a problem with starting the car. I informed them I thought it was the battery. After the diagnostic I was informed it was not the battery but the starter. I could drive the vehicle until it went out completely or they could install a new starter. No brained a new starter to the tune of $450. 2 days later same problem but it would be a week before they could get to it. Over the next 2 days I had to jump start my car. They got it in and guess what..... the battery was bad. Another $179 to install the new battery. I will never return to the Best One in Avon! read more

The first time I stopped in to get a flat tire repaired. While waiting I was able to listen while the sales person helped a guy that came in asking about tires. The sales person didn't try to oversell the guy but rather tried to honestly help him out. When it came time for new tires for my car I came back to Indy Tire. Twas not a fun experience for my reason for using this Indy Tire location - 1 of the 2 tires I purchased 2 months ago busted near my apartment, and I had insurance on it so I could get a replacement. The insurance says you have to go to the location where they were installed. I work on the westside near Avon and rarely go near the Indy Tire location on the far southside where I initially purchased my 2 tires. The manager on staff at Avon responded quick to my email to give him a call and they would surely take care of me at their location. My first visit he confirmed they didn't have the tire I needed but scheduled me for the next day to come back and get it installed. They also put more air in my spare and made sure all the other tires were ok as well. When I returned the following day to get the replacement installed, I really thought it would take forever , but I was in and out within 20 minutes. Definitely made my day! read more

Brought my tire to them off of my kubota tractor. It had a valve core stuck in the stem. I dropped it off and ran some errands. When I returned it was repaired and now my tire is leak free. They were courteous and very professional. When I am in the area again I will absolutely use them again and I recommend going there. read more

I first went to the best one in Carmel and had such good service I continued the drive from the Westside to Carmel for my vehicle. When Best One opened up in Avon, I transferred there hoping they would be just as good. I've had nothing but excellent luck there. I messed up the coolant today and went over to see if they could help and they took me right in with no wait and no charge. I do all my car service with Best-One! This place was fantastic. I went down the street to another service shop with the same services and they acted like they had no idea how to figure out where an oil leak was coming from. Chad got me in almost right away, told me where the leak was, asked me what I wanted to do, and got it taken care of. The work was good. But there's a sign on the door that says masks are required. Meanwhile, the guy at the front desk had a mask hanging under his chin, the workers came in and out not wearing masks, and several customers came in without masks. They had masks readily available on the counter but no one wore them or was asked to wear one. I will be going elsewhere from now on to a place that actually cares about the health of the customers and employees. read more

Indy Tire of Avon put the tires on backwards. When it caused excess wear on the tires they wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation. I wouldn't recommend them to others or return to this location. Horrible service!!! read more
