I had made it extremely clear I was looking to fly in as soon as possible and would be driving the car over 8 hours home, so I needed everything to be ready. Only after taking my deposit and pulling my credit did they decide to inform me that the car needed a brake booster replacement - a part that wasn't even in stock with them and wouldn't arrive for over a week. That is completely unacceptable as this was their way of relaying to me that the car did not currently even have proper functioning brakes. Both Riley and Dez told me that the deposit was refundable, but I still haven't received a dime back. To make things worse, they've already re listed the car for a higher price, completely ignoring the fact that my deposit was supposed to be holding it for me. This kind of business practice is shady and shows a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and credit. This purchase was very important to me as this car has always been a dream of mine to own and I was taken advantage of by the staff here at Indy Luxury Motorsports.

I texted multiple times back and forth on my way after I went through the trouble of getting a loan done through my bank, renting a car, and driving almost 3 hours. I was told "one of the other salesman sold it, sorry." I would expect this kind of flaky salemanship from FB Marketplace not a supposedly professional dealership. Do not waste your time with them.

Then the transmission failed. They had the car for a month. I had to pay for part of the repair. I had to pay for the rental out of my own pocket (as they only pay for 10-days max). Replacement transmission failed within days of the return. Out of 60-days, I only had the car for about 30-days. When I complained: They responded to me by saying I should have returned it within the 7-day return period. It took longer than that to discover the issues and find an in network repair facility. This has been a terrible experience and no answer in sight as to when I will get the car back.

I found out the price of the car when signing the contract at the end of two very long days, it's 380, way above what i told him. I purchased the car in April 2019, by June 2019 (outside of the 30 day trade window) my car started overheating. I took it to three mechanics and spent $400 but with no fix. I finally took it to Edwards Transmissions Engines. That cost me 1200 (had to take a loan) and they tried everything they could think of and couldn't fix it (timing belt, radiator cap, water pump, hoses, thermostat, etc) they finally called a dealership who told them i needed a new motor because journeys before 2011 have this issue with something in the motor cloggs up ‍. A new motor is 5800. I called the warranty at the dealership and there is nothing he can do... now I'm scattering for a new car all while still tryna get around the city to work while i still have my job. They knew they should not have sold me or anyone this shit car. I'm not paying another dime on it and i will take them to court if they don't take it back

When I asked her to explain it, she said she couldn't. She also couldn't email me my payment history or answer any question I posed to her based on info she had given me. Steer clear of this place!! They are scam artists who try to the advantage of ppl and hope that their customers are unintelligent so they can screw them! LESS than one star!

I made some friendly chit chat with staff before asking for product. The young man at counter made joke that store was completely out of entire stock of blades. After we did not laugh at his joke, he located blades for our vehicle and he offered to install for us. Two older men behind counter then started whispering and giggling to each other right in front of us. Thought it was uncomfortable and unprofessional for men to act this way around two women. Not likely to patron this store again.
