Two weeks later and sitting on a lemon . Asked warranties, pushed for gap which don't kick in until 25-30 days. Paperwork signed that the vehicle was mechanically sound, which was elaborated three different times to me while signing that piece of paperwork which miraculously wasn't in my copy of the paperwork. Not only was that emphasized about being a mechanically sound once being in finalized with the lady who was taking care of the end process, she kept stressing something about a transmission issue may happen down the road so you may want some coverage or something almost implying that there is an existing issue. They've not been helpful, playing phone tag and not responding for days after manager said they would " trade me out," not trade in the junk I was sold. The issue still exist with no resolve from anyone I've tried to contact for a week and the Mechanic that I have looking at it said the transmission was a Band-Aid basically to last a couple months. The issue had already been there prior and had to be known. Still no resolve after phone tag for a week talking to sales manager finally who has employees in the background laughing at the financial burden they've placed on me. In the recording of the call not once did they deny knowing about the transmission issue instead talked around. Further actions will now be taken for lack of help from this business.
