Of all the businesses that we dealt with, the only one that performed well was Level Creek. We argued with our insurance company to use someone else for remediation and thoroughly regret it. Level Creek does remediation as well and is part of a network of businesses preferred by our insurance company. You know how hard it is to find contractors these days. Read my other reviews! I called when everything was closed due to our latest ice storm and no one could come out til days…read morelater but I had a flood and I freaked out, but Hurricane said they would be out within the hour, not only did he troubleshoot where my water was coming from but sent a plumber, got my water up and fully took care of my needs from beginning to end! This was the 3rd time I had a flood same area of my house but no one had truly found the root of the problem and got the old antquated type pipes out of my house and had them repaired.Subsequently restored the are better than ever. The customer service was excellent, timely repair and just great service!
