It took almost two weeks to get it done. And when they finally did it, it still looked like crap. Despite Tim Neese (the owner) acknowledging that the work was shoddy and that "his people must've sent it to someone besides his regular guy", he did nothing to make it right... and quit returning my phone calls. - I paid cash, but their accountant Murad still tried to force me into signing a document that allowed them to run my credit. When asked why, he said "I do the paperwork, this is what you do. Please sign." Despite my refusal to sign this "necessary" document, Murad was still able to complete the transaction. Those are a couple examples of my experience with this dealership. I'd say save the headache and buy your vehicle somewhere else. But be careful, this guy runs multiple lots in the area.
