BEWARE: If you buy multiple plans for different vehicles you will have difficulty canceling the plans. You can only cancel them one at a time and their computer system does not update timely. As a result i got to pay for an extra month on one vehicle. Don't get caught like i did!!!! read more

I wish you could give negative stars. This company is a complete and utter rip off. I cannot express the disgust I have with such a disgusting, fraudulent business. It does not matter how many times you go by to stop your monthly unlimited car wash membership, they will just keep on and on billing you, month after month. I called and asked for the owner after going through the car wash because I had a concern that the $25 I gave the attendant girl did not go into the machine as she folded it up and said she'd take it in and run it through that way. I asked if the other machine was working properly so that cash could be fed through it and and said yes, then I said, why would you be using the machine that isn't working for cash if the other line is working? Seemed very fishy, and like somebody is going to be making some big cash money by not feeding the money into the machine when a cash customer comes through. I asked a redheaded boy who had major attitude working in the actual area of the car wash why wasn't I given a receipt and why she didn't go in to run my twenty five dollars into the register? He was dismissive and seemed guilty also. Perhaps the two of them are working together to score the cash from cash paying customers. When I called for the owner I was told they were not on the property and the same girl took the phone call so I certainly didn't want to have anything to do with her again and said I'd call back later. If I were the owner, I would certainly look into this. read more

Gosh I use to come here religiously. The price did go up a few bucks just like everything else but that is not the issue. I feel like it's definitely gone downhill. My car is always left still dirty with a lot of soap marks. They use to even scrub the back of my car and they don't do that no more. After purchasing the unlimited wash for 39.99 I will be canceling. As this car wash does not work for me. I recently switched from Go Carwash simply because this one is closer. It didn't clean the rear of my vehicle. Also suds we're left on drivers mirror. Car looked dull after wash. I didn't experience this with Go Carwash. YOU ARE NOT UNLIMITED, if you state one carwash day??? Do you understand the implications of FALSE advertising? You should advertise your wash as a limited wash!!!! If a bird craps on my car, I have to allow it to bake in this Texas heat? I wish I could change this to a zero! I went back today, next day, and the attendant with the brush cleaning the rear banged my car so hard with the brush on several occasions, he chipped paint and scratched it! They're quick, polite and do a wonderful job detailing the car...they even made my cup holders look brand new. I know, I know...another car wash?!? They're popping up like Starbucks, amiright? Anyway, $6 for a decent wash and DIY vacuum is my kind of deal though. You can sign up for their text club and get coupons/free washes. Text CHAMP to 888111. I swung by once right before Valentine's Day and they even gave me a little box of chocolates! Wash is pretty good and the DIY vacuum is as good as you are. You can pay extra for full service, of course. Grab a Starbucks drink on your way out, since there's one on the corner! read more

Windshield cracked by washing mechanism. Was not cautioned to turn off automatic wipers when going through car wash and the mechanism ripped off the wiper with such force and weight of the scrubbers it caused a 15 inch crack in windshield ($70k automobile). The automaker, Lincoln, advised the PSI of the machinery was likely set too high to cause this much damage. The Manager, Chris, was very polite and professional but in the end they are not responsible for the damage. They stated in 3 1/2 years this has happened only about a dozen times and it's the owners common sense to know to turn off the wipers. Ok. They need to add better signage and instruct the employee at the entrance to remind the driver to turn them off. You would think after a dozen incidents this already would be their operating practice. Lesson learned, very expensive lesson. read more

About average for an auto carwash. Left dirt in the grove areas around the car and does not even touch the license place recesses. I was told by Caleb this was the best wash in Texas. It takes me at least 15 minutes to drive to this car wash, when I have three four or five other car washes, including a hand-dry place, much closer. But I saw the reviews for this new Stone Oak area establishment and thought I'd give it a try, because the Wash Tub near me was getting lazier and lazier about their work and attention to detail. Champions is now my new place. First, the price is comparable and perhaps better than what I've paid at the Wash Tub. Second, customer service is great; very friendly technicians make sure you get a car that is fully cleaned. Lastly, their attention to detail is just what I am looking for. Many of the areas I've seen missed by other washes, these guys get right and CLEAN. I'm happy to have finally found my "local" car wash. read more

Visited Champions for the first time and was greatly impressed. Got the $37 wash which was good but the final cleaning and drying by four of their crew was just superb. They dried every inch of my Sierra, cleaned every inch of glass and wiped the chrome till it shined and they vacuumed every inch of the interior. I wish this was on my side of 281! So good! Staff/Bay attendant was friendly and seemed like they were actually paying attention. The manual pre-wash/scrub makes a hell of a difference from all other car washes! They also have full service lanes. This is Bee Clean's top competitor...I'd gladly say its even better because of what I mentioned in the beginning. The air dry portion in the end was wayyyy better than any other car wash! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars (which they deserve) is bc they don't offer the unlimited monthly plan for the home run wash which is the highest level wash you can get there. So for $49.99 per month, you're only getting the outside cleaned, nothing inside, UNLESS, you pay an extra $20 per visit. So not ideal, considering other car washes don't have this issue. Nonetheless, my one and only home run wash I did get here was absolutely perfect. These guys are super thorough and pay attention to detail. Customer service is great, the guys are quick and courteous! I would definitely recommend if you're interested in a full service wash with the works as a one time only deal. read more

Wow! I'm in the car wash business and Champions Car Wash provides a good value. I quit going because the former manager was unpleasant and gruff with my kiddos that frequently run our cars to the wash to help out around the house. I recently purchased the $17 dollar wash and believe I got what I paid for.....was it reflective of a total detail????, no BUT, my car was clean with no spots, my tires were shiny and my rear window that has a visor over the top, back part of the SUV no longer had the mask of grime!‼ Weekends require patience to get through the wait but it's worth it! The new manager was professional, outgoing and knowledgeable. Very friendly and personable. I needed a receipt for my expenses and not only did he quickly get that but he even helped vacuum.
