Wow!! Love this location. The crew is very helpful, every single one of them is so very friendly and knows what their doing. The carwash itself is so cool and washes my car incredibly well. DO NOT give these people your debit or credit card information. I cancelled my membership online as instructed on April 4, 2026 and even screenshotted the confirmation because I KNEW it was probably going to be something - gyms and car washes are notorious for this behavior. Sure enough May 3, I get a random text about them hoping I'm enjoying the benefits of membership and I'm like - uhh what?! Log into my bank and sure enough there's a pending charge which posted today on the 4th for $38.99. Before giving them my card I asked questions and was ensured it's easy and quick to cancel if I decided not to keep the membership and it's been anything but. Now I have to waste time and gas to drive over here tomorrow and at this point it's probably just easier to get a new debit card because you already were told once to cancel and you decided to disregard that so why would you lying to my face produce a different result? So unless you want to have to go thru the process of cancelling your card had reordering a new one because businesses can't be honest and do the right things - I would highly recommend you don't give these people your debit or credit card. This was a good place to clean my car for a year but I have to say STAY AWAY from this car wash! I recently had the hood molding blown off by their air drier and they denied a replacement (worth $300) despite having a video that shows them causing the damage. I spoke to two friends and the person from Firestone who told me similar stories of damage to their cars and in one case refusing to pay based on an unrelated bump on the car from a previous accident. So, while you may get a good, affordable wash here BE AWARE that you have a high chance of getting your car DAMAGED and that they will never pay for it. read more

My car was nasty for a few weeks, and this carwash took care of it on the first round. They also offer a rewash same day if that doesnt happen. Customer service is great, you get towels and product for the rest of the vehicle. read more

When the wash was new, it was great. The system worked as designed and the place was kept clean. Now, the wash itself leaves spots, isn't regularly given maintanence and that causes vehicles to get damaged, wheels to get scraped and clearcoats swirled. The tire shine portion of the wash coats more than just the tires, leaving wheels and paint to be covered in tough to remove grease. It's disgusting. I canceled my membership and have found a better, newer and better managed wash elsewhere. read more

The only gripe I might be able to have is the towels for drying your car are often damp or wet. Would be nice to have dry ones on hand but understand because it always seems so busy! After two failed attempts of the carwash still didn't get it clean for $12 bucks. I said something to the young man and he supposedly scrubbed the back but it's dirty! I had heard good things about the Austin Highway car wash from my daughter for months before I decided to stop in for the first time myself. As I drove up to car wash entrance there was a young woman standing by the driveway. Having never been there before, I rolled down my window and asked if I was to speak with her or just drive up. She had to take her EarPods out and have me repeat what I asked and then she just waved me on past. The screen said to enter my credit card and choose wash, which I did. For my first visit I wanted just the basic because my Jeep was not very dirty and I just wanted to see how the mechanisms worked for my first wash. Unfortunately it only let me press the most expensive choice and then would not let me void it and I was charged for the everything wash. The gentleman working outside came after the fact and told me that happens all the time but he would try to get it voided for me to get the one I wanted. The same young woman I had seen before came over and told me it happened all the time, so it "wouldn't do me any good to complain," but that a void of my purchase would "take time to process" and seemed to be inconvenient (it was near closing). I said, "OK I've never been here before I'll go through and see what you have." So at the end of the wash, I took one of the towels started drying my vehicle and noticed that there were spots all over my black trim at the bottom of my Jeep. These white, cloudy, water spot film did not wipe off. Scrub as I did they remained visible all the way around my Jeep. I asked the same gentleman who I had spoken with earlier if this happens and he said there have been complaints about it not rinsing efficiently, but he would go get the manager. The same young woman came over again, and I told her I was not happy with the residue. I asked her if this had happened before and she claimed that she had not seen anything like that before. She was clearly not in a mood to speak with me and had to keep taking her EarPods in and out of her ears to have a conversation with me -- at that point I asked if I might speak to a manager, and that's when she told me she was the manager, although at no time had she given me her name or told me that she was in charge. I told her I was unhappy with my service -- my Jeep is 3 months old and wasn't filthy -- and at that point I wanted a refund because this was a completely unacceptable result. She did refund my money, but she neither said "thanks for trying it," nor did she say, "I'm so sorry," nor anything else. Just thought I'd share my first/last visit. The car wash is unsafe. I went through the carwash and was drying my car when a car pulled up next to me who had used the car wash. The two men inside started smoking marijuana and the smell was overwhelming even with the windows rolled up. An employee walked by and we both commented about how bad it smelled. She said she would notify her supervisor but nothing was ever done. The employees did absolutely nothing and allowed two men to use their parking lot as a "smoke spot" for marijuana in broad daylight. read more

Great wash! My truck was shiny and no bugs. The vacuums are very strong and I love the rags to get the left over drips.

This location does an amazing job and provides amazing service. If any vacuums stop working and you let them know about it they start fixing it or trying to fix it right there on the spot. I used to use watershed but bubble bath does A whole better job at cleaning my car. I highly recommend this location on Austin highway and the staff is very very friendly and helpful read more
