Came to the car wash for a hand wash upon learning they offered full service washes, I had family coming into town and between time and the heat didn't really have it in me to give the car the cleaning it needed. Was greeted as soon as I pulled up and after a few questions and options I decided on a complete interior/exterior wash with clay bar and wax. WOW what a difference, everything shines, the paint is smooth as glass and the car looks brand new! This has been the best the car has looked since we have owned it. They were very kind and the owner is a very hard worker along with his employees. I went there only requesting a shampoo on my seats and there was a miscommunication and they did the wash as well because the owner advised that they cant just shampoo the seats alone so I was charged for both. The details were very nice though and I was very satisfied with both, my car does look brand new now. I saw this car wash on Yelp and figured I would give it a try after a road trip to Dallas. I was immediately greeted by Raquel who explained pricing and what was included. I was able to wait inside the office with A/C while my car was being cleaned. The owner also made sure I was comfortable and offered water while I wait. The customer service was great and it was as if I knew them for a lifetime. I was given a sweet deal and didn't immediately accept due to not seeing the final result of my car yet. As soon as I went to my car, I immediately wanted to accept the deal of buying washes up front for $ off. I was so impressed with the attention to detail, and the efficiency. I was told my car would be ready in an hour and it was ready in 40 mins. I also lost my AirPods in the car and they made sure to place it where it was visible for me. That means a lot to me to be able to trust them with my belongings. I am grateful to stumble upon this place and they have absolutely gained a customer in me. I highly recommend trying this place.
