Sadly the shoes I purchased didn't fit, but with their fast (and free) shipping I was able to visit this store pretty quickly after they arrived to get my refund. The store is small but has a nice selection for men, women and kids including clothes. Making my return was painless and quick. I paid using Apple Pay and was able to get my refund the same way. The store employees were friendly too. This store location is conveniently near 85 in the University area and shares the parking lot with World Market, Hobby Lobby etc.

My son-in-law arrived before I did and wanted to order food. He witnessed a manager , who was apparently the ONLY employee in the building at the time--speaking rudely to an older woman and actually slamming the scanner down on the counter. He texted me that he was leaving because he was not staying somewhere where an older customer was treated that way. There are also some serious concerns with the women's restroom. The stall doors do not close completely, which is uncomfortable and unacceptable. And I'm honestly very thrown off by the lounge area that has now been set up OUTSIDE the bathrooms. It's not only an odd setup--it's a little (okay, a LOT)creepy. On top of that, because Bowlero is so quick to ban people, you don't really feel comfortable complaining. You never know when you might be banned without any recourse. Everything seems to be based on hearsay from management, and honestly, that's a joke.It's no surprise they have a class-action lawsuit against them.
