This store, which is not free standing, but attached to the rest of the stores in this also excellent mall, takes up an entire side of the mall by itself. For whatever outdoor pursuit you may want to engage in, with the possible exception of certain sports like golf, soccer, football and baseball, tennis, etc., this location has it. If you need sports gear for the sports I just listed, this mall has a large and well stocked Dick's Sporting Goods. This Bass Pro Shops store has camping gear, fishing gear, actual boats and motors, clothing and footwear for men, women and children. The variety of goods on offer within each of the categories on display is also quite large, allowing the shopper a wide selection to choose from. As I browsed through this store, I came across several incredibly helpful store associates who seemed genuinely happy to be there and offered any help I might have needed. I am hearing impaired and when I told each of the associates I came in contact with, they were very considerate and even more helpful. They are truly a credit to this company. Unfortunately for me, where I live in NJ, we don't have any Bass Pro Shops stores or their sister store Cabela's near to where I live. However, I'm moving to the Rapid City, SD area in 2027 and they have a large Bass Pro Shops store that I plan to patronize. In conclusion, if you can't find what you think you may need in this particular Bass Pro Shops store, then in all reality, you probably don't really need it. Alternatively, perhaps it doesn't exist. In any case, this store should be able to fulfill 99% of people's outdoor needs.

Upon going to the jackets / coat area, another employee walked up & spoke to me. He was super knowledgeable about Patagonia, The North Face, Mountain Hardwear & a few other brands. I mean, the guy was rattling off facts, pros & cons like he was the spec sheet! He answered any & every question I had, even walked around trying to find other jackets that fit my need. While I didn't purchase a jacket (unfortunately, the price was way too high & I found one online for 50% off their price), I felt more confident about buying the Patagonia one after talking to the employee. As Chad said, there weren't too many people in the store when I was there either. However, it was 3:30 PM on a weekday. Perhaps they're busier on the weekends. They do have you covered as gear is concerned - just like the name implies: Sun & Ski. Hehe. Coats, jackets, ski wear, skis, footwear. RV owners should strongly evaluate where that service is performed…read more We brought our Ember travel trailer to Camping World - Concord, NC for what should have been minor, manufacturer-approved warranty repairs. We had already coordinated the claim and parts directly with Ember, who was responsive and supportive throughout the process. Unfortunately, once the camper was in Camping World's custody, the experience turned into a months-long ordeal. During the service period: * Parts ordering was repeatedly delayed despite the issue already being diagnosed * The manual brake system housing/frame area was damaged while in service * All entertainment system connections were removed or disconnected for unknown reasons * Water line connections broke while the camper was in dealer custody, later requiring repair * Our Lippert jack is now non-functional and must be replaced * The camper sat on their lot for an extended period, resulting in four months of storage costs To be fair, our Service Advisor Ryan Jacobs was consistently professional, polite, and responsive. He appeared to be navigating delays and capacity issues beyond his control. Since getting the camper back, we have also noticed small irregularities such as items being out of place or missing (including brand-new headlamps and flashlights stored inside). While minor compared to the larger issues, it raises concerns about how the unit was handled while in service. Ember's support during the process was excellent. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the dealership service execution. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Camping World - Concord, NC for warranty service.

I grabbed a few items for my son, it's so hard to determine on the floor which items are for boys and which items are for girls. I got my son some air max nikes for 70 bucks. I think they have decent prices, I was bummed to be told that you can not at least exchange items. The staff were mostly kids (at the register) and they weren't friendly at all. I had to walk back myself to get a size up from the shoes I got my son, it was taking forever for them to get someone to do it. You might find some decent deals, but don't expect great service.
