The isles are wide so you can definitely social distance throughout this store. The reason that I gave it three stars was because once I walked in the store, the customer service wasn't the greatest. Typically when I come in, there is someone working in the each department that will ask if I need any assistance with a size or something. No such luck this day. But I don't want to say that this is normal for this location as its typically not. I bought some great items here and had good service in the past.

Let me break this place down to you--great proximity to the Charlotte region. Nestled away, I was able to find this hidden gem easily. I felt safe from the moment I entered the door. There are no issues with parking; they have a large and well-maintained parking lot. They offer a wide selection of firearms for rent at a fair price for your use. This wasn't an issue for me; I brought my own guns. The staff were excellent - a young gentleman and a lovely young woman were working on the Sunday afternoon I visited. Both staff members could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Everyone had a great attitude, which was incredibly refreshing. I felt extremely safe. I hope this review doesn't attract the typical losers I've met at other rangers near CLT. Fellow range users were very friendly and showed an interest in getting to know me. For example, California redacts certain information (ie. birthdate). Due to this, any background checks come delayed because California requires manual checks. This range will make you wait far past the legal limits and brady law. 20-30 days is asinine. There are plenty of other ranges and gun shops around that do not play games like that. The actual range itself is nice and targets are a good size. I might come here to shoot every once in a while when Eagles isn't an option, but as for anything else; I suggest going elsewhere.

On top of that, they managed to "return" the incorrect item which I gave them both my shipping slip and email confirmation. The return "discount" of 3 items came out to be $8.xx but they obviously don't know what they're doing so I decided to cut my losses because they didn't factor in taxes but state that they need to factor in my discount of $10 for my online order because I spent over $100 ONLINE. It was a HOT MESS express. I suggest to maybe try on items at the store and buy them online and/or exchange through mail/online since wayyyy better discounts online, especially when there's a sale.
