Love this nail salon. They do dip and pedicures really well, I have not done acrylics or designs. Every nail tech that I get is detailed and clean, I am really happy I live nearby. Only not giving 5 stars since I did have to come back for a repair after a too-thin dip manicure. But, everything after this was so great I had to write a review! The staff squeezed me in close to their closing hours and were extremely detail-oriented with the repair. They basically re-did an entire manicure free of charge! A friend had asked me if I've ever had a jelly pedicure and I'm all about new and was instantly interested and wanted to know more. However when she told me the price, I gasped and realized that's why I never have had a jelly pedicure. Fast forward, it's my birthday month and I spoil myself because well I deserve it in my opinion, so let's go get this jelly pedicure! Walked in and was greeted and told the famous line of every nail shop, "pick your color". I picked a few and was led to my chair. After sitting down I was offered a drink, yet not just water or boxed wine, they offer "dranks" (yes I spelled that right) and you are allowed two complimentary ones (part of why the pedi is $75?) - the lady asked me if I wanted gel versus the standard paint but that's another $20 and although I'm spoiling myself I'm not trying to give them ALL of my money. She starts off by adding the jelly into the foot soak and adds water and it starts to firm up. Okay, this is different but I'm liking it. She goes through numerous steps, after this, aloe Vera, paraffin, hot towels, hot stones and let's not forget the calluses treatment. But wait, that's not it! After my pedicure and I'm waiting on my toes to dry, she proceeds to give me a massage! So this isn't my standard pedicure and as much as I enjoyed it, I can't say I will be doing this again until my next birthday. However so far the pedicure has lasted a month with no chipping! read more

With so many nail salons nearby, this one isn't worth it. They keep adding extra charges as the service goes on. When I asked the guy at the front desk why they don't disclose the full prices upfront and mentioned that it feels unethical, he just shrugged and said, "It is what it is." I have been a consistent customer because for one they are usually not busy, but have been meaning to find a better match for the longest so this was a clear sign. I used to go to the Addison location and never had a bad experience but I sent my girlfriend to this location since it was closer and the lady who did her eyebrows destroyed her skin! She waxed multiple times in the same spot even though my girlfriend complained that it was burning and the lady followed up with a scrub of some sort. It caused waaayyyy more pain. She also got her nails and feet done but told them she won't pay for the eyebrow wax. After getting home she realized they charged her card for it anyways and when she called and asked they just said to come in and they refund her. I am a regular at this nail spa and I don't know if the young lady up front is new or what but I felt that I was being treated weird. I spent about 200 here and still felt like I was treated differently than I'm normally treated. I had nail residue all over me my toes and fingers are cut up and the lady up front seemed like she just didn't want me in the spa anymore. I didn't drive today so I had to wait for my Lyft which is something I normally do. Idk if it's because I'm black or if it's because I wasn't dressed super nice today but I was completely uncomfortable and I will not be returning. So first of all I was cut by my nail tech and started bleeding, I was already annoyed by him as he was applying a lot of pressure on my nail beds and he didn't seem to care. I expected a discount or something because he did hurt me, nope. Then they switch nail techs halfway and I got gel on top of my full right. So the nail tech next to my friend did the finishing steps, including spraying her hands with alcohol, oil, and lotion. As soon as they were done they just made me pay. This is my first visit to Champions and my friends and I had a decent experience. We made a reservation for 3 mani pedis, and we don't know a lot about nails so we had to ask some questions about what to get. The guy at the front seemed a bit annoyed by this. Then after we were seated at the stations my friends had to wait for a bit to get seen. I mean overall this is ok and my friends and I are reasonably pleased with our nails. This place was hard to find using my Apple navigation, I was suggest using google. I was greeted when coming in and leaving, this place is very clean, nice spa-like atmosphere. I have never had an issue with this place before until Krizty did my nails today 7/5/2023 trying to overcharge me 10 dlls for the same length Tammy does my nails and everytime she has charged me $5 dlls since the very first time I tried this place back in November 2022. At the end, they respected the price of $5 dlls but I seriously felt like everyone in the staff was against me when I tried to prove my point. Attached are the pictures of the Blue nails Tammy did and what she charged me ($55) on June 9th. If you can see the pink nails I got today July 5th are exactly the same length and they wanted to overcharge me a total of $10 for length, being $60 dlls total.
