This is a straight-up Bailey appreciation post. I came to Sugared + Bronzed after my main sugaring studio relocated without notice. The team at the front desk was super accommodating and even recommended additional services that complimented my sugaring. Bailey was kind, polite, and--most importantly--professional. That might sound small, but in my experience, a lot of skin and body studios put more emphasis on attitude than expertise, when really both should matter. I'm not coming in because I need more friends; I'm coming in because I value skill and service from an industry professional. Since then, I've been back to S+B twice, including once at the Plano location, which I loved (but forget the esty's name). My third visit was just "okay," but I'm so glad my first experience was with Bailey because she really set the bar. Thanks to her, this is now my new go-to spot. read more

Great staff, fast service! Their descriptions of "teaspoon, sprinkle, etc" is confusing but you just tell them what you want and don't have to worry about it. read more

I cannot recommend enough! I'm very pale, and fair toned. I've never had a spray tan so I was really nervous about it, but Kenzie was great and make sure I felt so comfortable. I was able to shower after 4 hours which was super easy! It was a quick process and overall love the tan glow ! read more

How is this company in business?! They turned me away, after driving 15 mins there, because I posted a bad review for their other location where the spray tanner did a horrible job and made me feel uncomfortable. Hence, why I went to a different location wanting to give them a SECOND chance. When I walked in, excited and happy to get a spray tan, I was immediately approached by the manager who asked if I would step outside to talk with her. I felt uncomfortable and said no, and that we can talk here in your store. She then said they wouldn't see me until I took the negative review down for their other location. I proceeded to tell her about my experience, and how bad it was, and said I wouldn't take the review down. She then told me they couldn't provide their service, that I paid for, and asked me to leave. I asked about a refund, which seemed like an after thought to her, but she agreed she would "take care of it" . I've never been treated like this in my entire life. A call or text before driving to you would have been appreciated versus an AMBUSH in your store. You don't treat anyone like this, let alone a repeat customer. I guess this is where the mean girls go to work when they grow up. Girlie pops... go anywhere BUT this place!
