Erin (the owner) handled everything - submitting the estimate, dealing with the insurance adjuster, and even coordinated a rental vehicle for us (it was ready and waiting for me at the shop when I dropped off the car to be worked on.) I could not be happier with the quality of the repair, as well as the paint work that was performed. I looked over the repaired area very thoroughly trying to find something that was done incorrectly/poorly, and couldn't find anything.
