We had a terrible experience just getting an estimate. Dropped the car off on Monday at 8:00 when…read morethey opened. They took our information and said they'd be in touch. I call mid-morning on Wednesday and leave a message asking for an update. Received a call back from Angie late in the afternoon indicating that they had just finished the estimate for two cars and ours "was next". Didn't hear anything Thursday or Friday. I called mid-morning on Monday - they've now had my car for 5 business days - and was told the estimate would be completed that day and I should hear from them later that day or Tuesday morning. At this point, I'm starting to wonder why it's taking so long and if this is a place I want to get my car repaired when they can't even tell me accurately when they'll do an ESTIMATE. I call Tuesday afternoon, spoke to Angie again and asked for an update. She explains that they should have the report done on Wednesday and that they only have one estimator that week. I tell her that she's told me that it would be done today when I called the prior day and at this point tell her to put the keys in the center console and we'll bring it somewhere else. Go get the car using our spare key--no key in the center console. Looked everywhere for it. You know where it was? Wrapped in tinfoil sitting on the front seat masquerading as garbage. Never had any auto shop "hide" a key this way. We almost threw it out. Were they sending some kind of message? I don't know. Did they have any intention of getting me an estimate that day? I don't know. But if its this much of a pain to get an estimate, I can only imagine the excuses when it comes to actually fixing the car.

This company was the only one in the area that had a direct affiliation with my insurance company, so I started there. I spoke with Chris who was bad-tempered, impatient and not helpful. I was trying to understand the process as he was explaining it, i.e., it would take sooo much longer than my insurance estimate and have sooo much more damage than the photos would show, so I could not gauge how long they would have my vehicle (which was something I need to know as I travel for work). When I told him this, that I needed to plan around my schedule, He ended up telling me I should just go somewhere else and hung up on me. Even if he hadn't I would not give them my business or money and I suggest you don't either.
