I took my time to really get a feel of the store. I did see some nice items in the women's section, but nothing that really spoke out to me. It was a miss for me today. But maybe another day I'll find something. Austin and Texas t-shirts were a little higher price than some other places I've seen them selling for. A dress made in China was like $100.00. He understands the challenges that come with being tall and needing larger sizes, and he always makes the experience comfortable and easy. My wife likes the clothes so we tried one more time and we had two gals helps us, Leslie and Lacey. Leslie helped us in the changing rooms and she briefly mentioned the credit card but most of our conversation felt genuine as she cared about finding the right items. Lacey then checked us out at the cash register and we had such a warm and authentic conversation with her. Right before we paid she mentioned the credit card and its benefits but when we made it clear we weren't interested she didn't push it and continued with the authentic caring conversation we were having before. I don't know what this company's push is for a credit card but it has been annoying in our past experiences and this time, with Leslie and Lacey not being forceful about the card but genuine and kind with our whole shopping time, we'd be more excited to return in the future. A quality experience and I hope this company stops pushing their workers to sell a credit card more than be good at customer service.
