It was a very huge disappointment when we got ready to cook it for Christmas dinner and it was not cut at all. It was just tied. I will not be going back. I spent $170 on a prime rib and didn't get what I asked for specifically. I understand if it's something that slipped by them. There were several rows of fresh whole fish and a small amount of shrimp, scallops, and a few fish fillets. Same fish I can find at Whole Foods and H‑E‑B. I asked for 1/2 pound of salmon and ended up paying $26. The gentleman working was nice but was unable to butcher any of the whole fish and even had trouble getting the skin off of the piece of salmon I purchased. Probably will not be retuning.
