Upon walking in, I quickly realized that it is time to do some updating in my kitchen. Lol. Somehow, I have been too busy cooking and not busy enough updating lol. My experience here was wonderful because of the sales person that I met. Deborah was amazing! While I like to cook and bake, I by no means am an expert, but Deborah was able to help me understand which direction I probably want to go when I buy my new set of pots. And honestly after the service that she gave me and the time and attention to detail that she gave me I would not purchase them from anyone but Williams Sonoma, and from her. The supervisor stated that they do not return small items (i.e. small purchases) We asked her where is that written because the note at the register states they allow returns within 30 days Then supervisor said that she would return but keep 25% for restocking fee I told her, now you've given two different stories in less than 5 minutes... which one is true. I offered to place the items back on the shelf (would have taken less than on minute) but she said .. .that's not what restocking fee means and then referred to large purchases (my return would have been approx. $100) I advised the supervisor that I'm not giving her $25 for nothing and left store asking her 'Is your business that desperate for money?' So at what point does anyone care about A. Being honest B. Not blatantly making up rules C. Customer service D. Overall wanting repeat business. It's 2024, if you have humans working to represent your store like the above.. GOOD LUCK!

If you love food and kitchen stuff, many useful home needs can be met here in a fun, creative way. And also, anyone baking out of their home for small business could benefit from the quality and cost. I was lead here randomly because I saw they offered restaurant quality baby high-chairs (you know those wooden ones). I hate the plastic over $100 ones they sell in mainstream stores, the legs are cheap and annoying. I love the simplicity and effectiveness and style of restaurant quality high-chairs so was able to get these brand new in box for $25. I am so thrilled. The man working there was super helpful even though I am not a huge buyer, he helped me find a good deal on plates and bowls. He was a great man to help me. I will definitely be back to buy more kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. I should have bought some pitchers and coffee stainless steel creamer pourers, but I didn't have much time, I'll be back to the store soon.

This place buys equipment from auctions and closed businesses and say that all products have a warranty, when in reality, many manufacturers wont offer warranty to equipment bought at an auction. If your equipment breaks down, you're most likely SOL and out thousands of dollars. Employee became defensive and blocked me when I reached out to confirm if one of their bakery displays had a warranty.

They did have the majority of things I wanted (and some things I didn't like a whole frozen lamb!) They have a lot of Halal food here which I thought was interesting. No food court, electronics, clothing, books, dog food/toys, bakery, gas, flowers, no pharmacy, no tire center. It's a lot simpler and no fuss at this Costco. And even though that is a MAJOR plus for me, I need more food options, gas, and be able to fill up my tires so I'll continue to go to my local Costco.

They have stuff for restaurant owners (plastic boxes, to-go cups, etc.) and also for normal people (big bags of rice, onions, ice creams, etc.). I would definitely come back to get their meat if I was to have a big hotpot party. Due to the high demand and the hype they got on social media, a lot of stuff were out of stock especially in the freezer, so you might have to come back in the future to see more options. Right now, you don't need a membership or anything, but I heard they might require it in the future.
