From the beginning, Jeff was extremely responsive and worked with me to meet some specific needs for this event. I mentioned multiple dietary restrictions, the need for dinnerware/glassware, and my hope to have an attendant to help serve/clean up. Jeff went above and beyond to meet all of those needs. He and his team member arrived two hours early to prep and set up a grazing table that we enjoyed while he prepared the main course. He then served the main course and dessert, all while cleaning up after us. The food was all amazing, but what impressed me the most was his attention and care for the small details - he brought ice and non-alcoholic drinks when he didn't have to, he brought to-go boxes so I was able to send food home with guests, just to name a few. Finally, the Monday after the party, he drove all the way back to the party location in Nashville to pick up glasses since some were still in use when he was packing up to leave. I had many guests ask me for his contact information because they loved the food. Do yourself a favor and hire Jeff/Chef's Table. He will be a hit with your guests and make your life easier.

I told him exactly what I was hoping for which he promised he could deliver. He made homemade cheese raviol, antipasto salad with a housemade red wine vinaigrette, and home made garlic bread. Of our multiple food stations, it was his food that cleared out first! Nicholas was here when he said he would be, he assisted with set up and couldn't have been a kinder soul. I knew they would have stores, restaurants, shops and local items galore; which is why I planned to visit. When I arrived around 9:30 on Saturday morning, it was raining a little bit, but not too bad. Parking was easy to find as they have a huge lot. My first stop was to see the vendors outside for the market and I spent a little bit of time looking at the booths. They had so many local items for sale including; honey, jam, cookies, flowers, arts/crafts, etc. After browsing the booths, I made a decision to purchase a small bouquet of flowers from one of the vendors. As I was walking around, I had so many people compliment the bouquet so I made sure to tell them where I got it! After the farmer's market visit, I walked around inside and found a spot to grab breakfast. After breakfast, I decided to visit the shops inside the factory and absolutely loved all of the cool items for sale! They had so many great spots for home decor and the clothing boutiques were also a huge hit! There were people everywhere on a Saturday morning and I could tell that this was probably a typical Saturday for everyone. I enjoyed the browsing and even took time to take a photo of myself in the rocking chair! Well, I actually asked for a woman with her young daughter to take the photo and they did without hesitation. I really did have a nice time visiting the factory and already plan to visit again when I return in a few months.

Visited The Factory at Franklin recently, and it's amazing to see how much it has changed over the…read morelast couple of years. When I first came about two years ago, it was still in its early stages with construction going on and shops just starting to open. Now, it's completely transformed. The entire place feels beautifully renovated, with a huge variety of restaurants and shops all under one roof. It has become a great spot to walk around, explore, and spend time. I checked out several places during my visit, including Two Hands, Hattie B's, Five Daughters Bakery, and a coffee shop, and the overall experience was fantastic. It's now a great place to hang out, whether you're going for food, shopping, or just to explore. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to!
