We ordered at first Meat Lovers Stromboli and they were out so we ordered a sub but they only had one sub bread. So I ordered a spaghetti & meatball-pretty easy cause it was pre-made. My husband got his sandwich - not what he ordered but ok. We waited, and waited, and waited. My husband was almost finished with his sandwich then they discovered i never got my meal. She was apologizing, and gave us our meal no charge, and spaghetti to go with excuses. Not appropriate! You make a mistake you own it. She did apologize just bad business. So let me tell you this is one of the best hidden gems in Spring Hill! Went and order 30mins before they closed and got a large italian sausage large pizza. My only complaint is the sausage add was a little sad. The pizza had so much flavor, especially that rich, garlicky taste that tasted real and fresh, not like fake powdered garlic. You can really tell the difference. The sausage was flavorful, the pizza came out hot and fresh, and everything worked together perfectly. Here's a little secret if you didn't already know. The owner is related to Joey, who used to own Joey's House of Pizza in Nashville, which makes a lot of sense because the pizza had that same delicious quality. I love Joey's house pizza and the owner is Joey's daughter! If you are around definitely a spot worth trying if you love a well-made pizza. They have subs, desserts, pasta you name it! We had never been to this restaurant my hubby wanted to try it. So we got 6 garlic knots they were really dry and hard. The chunks of garlic was a lot. The pizza pie was good but really greasy. First time here yesterday(7/18/26). Drove over an hour after seeing on TikTok. Friendly greeters as soon as you enter the restaurant. The pizza was decent. The sausage link was covered in marinara sauce and was decent. The garlic knots were disgusting.... At least 3-5 bulbs of raw garlic covered 3 garlic knots. Pictures of everything below. However, the service was awful. When ordering our food, I had to repeat my order several times to the cashier. She was constantly looking off at coworkers, talking to coworkers or checking her cell phone. As she is talking, she also rubs her nose, twice that I counted and did not wash her hands or use sanitizer. My partner noticed and said, "she is only taking money and orders and not fixing our food."(Thankfully)! After paying and sitting to wait for our order, I noticed my order is wrong on my receipt. I ordered Italian sausage spaghetti and she rang me up for an Italian sausage link. When I asked her if the link was the spaghetti, she said "no." I said I ordered spaghetti not a sausage link. She replied " I heard what you said and that's not what you ordered." ( as if I don't know what I ordered). She then asked rudely if I want to change my order. I did not because I'm not going to argue with a cashier who has access to people fixing my food. Have been seeing Nellys pop up on different social media sites for a while. Always wanted to try it but it's about 4 hours from us. We had business in a nearby area so we stopped to finally try it. From the very welcoming staff when you walk in to the ease of ordering it's a great place. We tried several things lasagna, pizza, Stromboli, and even dessert. Since you can get pizza by the slice which is great you can try several different slices. Everything was wonderful the stuff crust pizza being my favorite pizza we tried but lasagna was top notch. I assume, the owner brought us out their two most popular desserts that are main fresh daily. Both were excellent. This is a must try if you are in the area and like Italian food. A++++ read more

Walked in and greeted right away. Asked if we had any questions. Runner was cleaning off tables. Place very clean. Bathrooms very clean and stocked, too. Got the "moma Pizza" slice, pepperoni stromboli, 1/2 garlic knots and fountain drink all for $27.43. Pizza had pepperoni, jalapeño, Hoy-honey sauce. Pizza slice was huge, hot, too heavy to pick up at first bite. We give the Pizza rating a 9.5. also got a pepperoni Stromboli, which I would give a 9.4 as well, and the garlic knots were the best I ever had which I would give a 9.9 out of 10. wish Nelly's wasn't so far from Nashville. I finally was able to try and stop by Nellys. I like this place a lot even though I didn't get the full experience with trying the rest of the menu. I wanted to just try a slice of pizza and it didn't disappoint. I think as far as the Nashville area goes, nellys puts themselves as a top tier pizza joint. There isn't much competition out there for a classic any slice so Nellys by far takes the cake, they are top 3 in my opinion. read more

We got the last booth right before the dinner rush around 6:30. Ordered at the counter and the food was brought out piping hot a few minutes later. My favorite was the supreme slice, they are very generous with the toppings. My boyfriend's favorite was the double crust slice. The deep dish square pizza was awesome dipped in the marinara cup. I love dive pizza joints, and Nelly's has been a favorite for years. The Napolitano (regular) pizza is decent but the Sicilian is really bad. Altogether, they're not holding up their end of the bargain. Thirty bucks for four slices is a bit steep. Thirty bucks for a thirty minute wait for two cold slices and two decent slices is an insult. Plus the place needs a cleaning and some TLC. Hey, if you're gonna charge outrageous prices your standards need to match. Next time I'm jonesing for a slice I'll hit the Food Lion and buy frozen. read more

I've ate pizza and a lot of places in Tennessee now. Coming from California pizza in Tennessee typically is not very good. But one stands out from the rest and should be noted. Nelly's Café in Spring Hill is by far the best there is. Just had a pepperoni with jalapeño and hot Mike's honey on it last night and it was terrific. Made the drive here from Franklin because we had heard great things about their New York style pizza. We were not disappointed. We ordered a half pepperoni half sausage pizza and an antipasto salad. They were very busy and we were lucky to find a table that could seat 5 people. Our food got prepared in less than 15 minutes and was delivered to our table even though you order at the counter. The pizza is pretty darn close to true NY style pizza. Thin crust, good balance between sauce and cheese, and great flavor. The large antipasto salad fed 4 of us and all ingredients were fresh. I'm giving it 2 stars because the employees were really nice. But as far as the pizza, not so good. My husband ordered x-tra cheese and they apparently didn't add it because it wasn't on the receipt. But his cheese pizza looked like the cheese was almost non existent. We did buy two large because they don't make any smaller so we figured we'd take it home. My large I added 3 toppings but not only did I not taste or see any cheese but it hardly had any sauce on it. Also, they must have forgotten to add the onions because you can tell they were added later, they were not cooked. When I went up to get some sauce they charged me .99 cents for a small cup. Our total bill was $57 which is a lot considering it was crust and 3 toppings on my pizza and just crust with a sprinkle of cheese on my husbands. Plus, it's not a very clean looking place, and the women's bathroom was okay but the men's my husband said was filthy. read more

While I try to support local and independent businesses, I draw the line when they disrespect their customers. If they charge added fees without informing the customer, they have lost my business. We were charged to use a credit card and tax was added to that 3% surcharge. I ordered the Bianca -Our White Pizza with an olive oil base, Fresh Garlic , Ricotta , Romano and a blend of Mozzarella and it wasn't cheesy at all, like they forgot the mozzarella. Good food, but a dirty restaurant, for the prices being charged for the food maybe would be a good idea to put some back into the establishment, the sitting booths most all had duct tape on them and left a sticky residue on my wife's white pants.
