Jackets, gear, "ooh look at this" items, suddenly it was less holiday shopping and more Yeagers-sponsored shopping spree for him. And honestly? I'm not mad about it. Because now I know exactly what Santa is bringing him (Great job, Santa. Nailed it.) We did successfully shop for the people we came in for...one lucky person is getting a Yeagers gift card (which honestly feels like a win for everyone). I also found the cutest raincoat ever, cowboys, cows, and horses, plus matching rain boots, BOTH marked down. I mean come on. Instant joy. Yeagers has an amazing selection of high-quality, top-tier outdoor clothing brands, a massive toy section, a great shoe department, and just so many things you didn't know you needed until you see them. It's one of those places where you go in for "one thing" and leave smiling with a cart full of happiness. Highly recommend especially during the holidays. The guy who walked up was standing right next to me. She had to see me. I said hey I am here to pick a gun up. Then she helped me. She saw me both times and did not say a thing. No apology. No I thought you were being helped. Totally weird interaction. I have never seen this person before. It was like she knows me and chose to ignore me. Totally bizarre behavior. I also like this particular store because it has my size of shoe which is size 5 and nearly impossible to finds anywhere. I was able to pick up some lovely black tall boots as well as tan winter waterproof snow boots. They also had a crazy buy one get the second half off sale so that was fun. When I did interact with an employee at check out it was easy peasy, and the cashier was super nice.
