"I'll have the technician look". Then the bill for $211 rang up as $279. "It says before tax". I shot that down quick. Cue a manager to appear. She fixes the price. Collects payment. "Our tech is on his lunch break". "I'll wait and test out the bike". 13 minutes in and it doesn't shift to 6, and the seat keeps tilting to become unrideable. Crappy service not done correct or complete and overpriced on top. Big avoid!!!! Waiting to go back inside in 10 minutes but I drive 30 minutes each way, wanted to go biking today; the job isn't even done. Smh! Edit: Technician came in and was great helped me right away after his break & fixed all the issues in under 5 minutes. That individual is better than the rest of the chain & def knows bikes

The store is in a warehouse district off Clint Moore, but the front door does face the roadway to make it easier to find with plenty of parking. We walked in and were instantly greeted by staff. The store is a candy-land of baseball equipment! My son tried on or tested everything to make sure it was the right fit with plenty of colors and brand options. We ended up with a new gray glove, green helmet, black bat, blue backpack, black pants and green socks! One of the cool things HIT has is a glove steamer, which sits in what looks like a popcorn machine to soften the hard leather. It takes a few minutes and then its good to go! The store has had other locations before and moved to this location in 2019. They do a lot of business on the web and for league teams across the county. We had a really nice experience and don't be intimidated, the staff are thoughtful and genuine about their knowledge of the equipment. We will probably be back if my son continues to play.

A young sales man asked if we needed help. I asked a couple of questions. When it seemed I may only be a "sales shopper" he literally rolled his eyes at me while walking away. I said "I saw that. Owner is a true client service failure ... son had to drop off his racket to be restrung yesterday…read more They could not finalize it while he was in store buying another racket. Store was empty, which it has been on each visit, and just too busy. Two weeks earlier and same outcome which lost sale of string and install on that occasion also. The owner, upon our return, "mistakenly" gave away my son's racket to another person. Owner then decides to blame others for his many errors and stories of personal woe. You were entrusted to someone else's personal property, and you gave it away ! This is NOBODY else's mistake but your lack of responsibility! The item was not for sale, or even matching in stock merchandise. The ability to get it back is pure luck and contingent upon all parties being inconvenienced by lack of care. Store appears to have inadequate inventory control and the lack of ability to track items that are entrusted to them. The receipt was clearly stapled to our racket, so owner just failed. Luckily the other person came back but caused us delay. We were already revisiting due to their lack of client service the previous day. Just think .. had racket been strung on initial visit would loss have ensued ?? Don't visit and try to stay away as owner cares little for consumer and making things right. Look at other reviews below and see a pattern ?? Sorry but this small business and its owner failed and he in more interested in blaming others than making changes.
