I bought a plane from them and the motor died in the first flight and the owner lied about the repair and the help. We are a group of 5 that get together to flight every weekend. In less that 2 weeks between all of us we spend well over two grand at this store. He was very happy selling us all the stuff but when one of us (me) had a problem with the purchased item that is where all the nice guy show changed to a very rude, insulting and offensive guy. So I got a plane from him. when i got the plane I asked if it could fly on 3S battery and the owner said no. It needs to be on 4s because it need power to fly. I said ok and he did not have the battery there so I bought it from amazon and did not fly the plane that weekend. The next Saturday I go to the field and put the plane in the air to just be surprise by the motor burning up in the first flight. I take the plane to the store and ask for help. Immediately he tells me to call Horizon and to deal with them. I tell him NO and to please help me the plane died in the first flight. I ask for him to do the claim and once the parts are there that I would install them. Finally he accepts and takes the plane and tells me to check in 2-3 weeks. In 2 weeks I check and he tells me that he still working on it and to check back again. A couple of days later I call him and same answer. So at that point I propose a solution. I ask him to split the cost of the repair but at his cost that I know id well under $80 for it so I would do $40 and he can do the rest that is less than $40. Just for context I had my GF in the car and she heard the whole conversation. He agreed to the deal and placed the order for the parts. When I went yesterday He wanted me to pay full price for all the parts. He never sent anything or called Horizon to the plane repaired and on top of everything he insulted me in front of other customers and was extremely disrespectful to me and my friend that was in the store with me. O told him to keep his parts and that i would take my business somewhere else. Since yesterday my group has ordered 3 planes and he did not get a cent of those sales. And all the planes are planes that he has in stock. He already lost more the the $35 that would have cost me to be happy with my purchase. So Ariel Thank you for showing us how bad your customer service is.

The staff seems to be hit or miss, times I have been greeted and they are very attentive with showing me where something I am looking for is where other times when I walk in there isn't one word said to me. Not a huge deal but I like consistency when it comes to friendly staff. The location is pretty huge and the shelves are pretty easy to find because everything is labeled pretty nicely but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to where they are located throughout the store. Prices are reasonable but there have been a few items I have found for slightly cheaper on ebay (including shipping) or other sites that specialize in vinyl records. I like that this place does have a nice amount of cassettes as well but I would like those to be organized a lot more than they currently are. The store is super clean and very well lit and I like that they offer listening parties for some upcoming albums that are very hyped!

I really love that they had a one item per person limit for the event. The layout is very easy to have and everything is nicely labeled and easy to search for! The prices for new records are a bit pricey, but equal to other places in the area as well as stores online. In my opinion, this store is very condensed with a decent variety of music accessories including record players, music posters, speakers and vinyl storage crates with an odd addition of action figures. The used and new vinyl are displayed by genre at mid-range prices. Good supply of classic albums although a majority are new digital versions.
