When I called I talked to the associate and manager who told me to return them and I would receive a refund, all I needed to do was to pay for return shipping. I paid the shipping and and sent them out. When received, a different manager told me they could not refund them and could only send back. I'm now out of $145 for the boots and $30 shipping cost. Although the prices for the gear are the same as all other hockey/goalie stores, they do have a very wide selection and also some used gear if you're looking to buy discounted equipment for a lot less and don't mind if it's been used a little.
