Wow! Amazing. So my kids needed hockey skates and this was the fourth location of my day on the…read moresearch for getting four boys hockey skates...by Sunday. The owner was there helping us, like immediately. He helped me understand how they fit the boys feet and how to size them. They had a HUGE selection of youth and junior hockey skates...and the prices were so much better than Facebook market place. The owner was personable and kind and helpful...plus his store has a zillion sports items. I don't know what you're in to...but he has it. So nice to be treated with kindness and with someone knowledgeable and meet a cool small business owner. Go there! Take your family there. Take your teams there. Highly upset as this inconvenienced me to call customer service and hold for 15 minutes before actually speaking to someone who did nothing for me but tell me inaccurate information. I took it to my local store in Wiregrass and Victor, the assistant manager, was able to listen and understand my issue and resolve the problem by reordering the correct shoe with expedited shipping for my inconvenience to ensure i got it on time. That's real customer service! Kudos to him for showing leadership to his employees of putting the customer first and how management should handle and rectify a company shipping error.
