She made snide remarks about the shoes I was trying on and seemed to be more interested in her phone than assisting me with my purchase. After spending a considerable amount of time in the store, I decided to leave without making a purchase. After having a rear flat tire on my bicycle, and having a local shop unable to fix the problem, I brought my bike here. The worker put it up on rack, showed me how the new tape I just paid for at the other shop was put on incorrectly, AND showed me that my tire had see through patches on it, and clearly needed to be replaced. My tape, tire and tube were replaced, the cost was reasonable, and I was in and out of the shop in under half an hour. This is my new bike repair shop.
