When it's time for me to send them my information, copies of forms, etc., they first email me a document that contains about 20 or so items/questions that I need to respond to....things like my full name/address/SS....then info on charitable contributions...stock trades/dividends, etc. The usual. It's very easy to follow along and just answer the questions, save the document and then email it back to them. Uploading copies of 1099 forms, W-2's etc to their website platform is also very easy. In mid-Feb (when it's not quite as busy as say later in March, or early May), they turned around my income tax return in under 2 weeks...and I think closer to 1 week. I definitely recommend them!

Don was able to go through everything with a fine tooth comb and it's the first time I've been able to relax and exhale and feel like everything is going to be taken care of and I don't have to worry! PLUS my last tax people had not stayed on top of reviewing my income quarterly as promised to make sure I had properly payroll in place for the year and the right accounts in place to manage any additional income so that I would be in good shape financially when it came time to file my taxes. He has gone over and above with advice on things I'm dealing with regarding my parents estates and prepared me with any of the "what ifs" to have ready in advance as well. I had to constantly reach out to my prior tax people and felt like I was chasing them to set up appointments or make sure this or that was filed on time and sometimes they didn't respond and I would have to follow up multiple times to get things taken care of.
