We received an amended return that asked us to pay 22k in extra tax because the new accountant thought the return was to "update nyc" to a full year of income and avoid risk even though we had a clear move date. You will never be able to talk to George Dimov - he completely ghosts you after the sale. The accountants also make silly errors constantly you have to bring up and correct. This is on top of the lack of communication, hitting deadlines, etc that I previously complained about to even get the accountants to start working on my file. If you want to babysit someone the entire time and make it 100x harder to do your taxes than doing it yourself - this is the place to waste your money.

It's very easy to follow along and just answer the questions, save the document and then email it back to them. Uploading copies of 1099 forms, W-2's etc to their website platform is also very easy.
